Supply of 6 mtrs. high GI OCTAGONAL continuously tapered galvanised street light pole with minimum 1000 mm long single arm GI bracket for installation of LED street light luminaire suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 (but not less than 50 m/sec.), fabricated out of 3 mm MS plate in single section, suitable for installation on a precast foundation with supply of 4 nos. of foundation bolt & anchor plate, rigid flange plate (200x200x12mm min.) welded with the base of pole for fixing on foundation bolts complete as reqd. for structural stability as specified, weather proof and vandal resistant door flush with the exterior surface containing a terminal plate of 5 mm thick backlite sheet with 32 Amp heavy duty connector for loop in loop out cable terminations suitable for upto two numbers 4 core 25 Sq.mm cables & 2A DP MCB for each fixture connections, earthing bolts for continuous earth connection complete as required & as specified.

Supply of LED street light fitting having system lumen output not less than 4950 lumens and system efficacy of not less than 110 lumens per watt, CCT from 5500 to 6500, Complete with electronic driver and accessories etc, suitable for outdoor applications complete as per technical specifications.

Erection of 6 Mtr.high G.I.OCTAGONAL street light pole & bracket with all accessories in reinforced cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling including positioning of template & foundation bolts (supplied with pole to match with pole base plate) & providing and fixing of DWC HDPE pipe of size 50 mm dia (2 pieces of min. 0.75 m length) in the foundation for loop-in-loop-out of the cable to the pole complete as required and as specified

Installation, testing and commissioning of LED street light fitting with all accessories on existing street light pole of 6 mtr height with bracket, including supplying and drawing of 3core 1.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible copper conductor cable from loop-in-loop-out box upto the individual streetlight fitting(s), connection etc. complete as required & as specified.

Dismantling of Light fixtures

Dismantling of different type street light fittings from existing poles of height approx. 6 to 9 meter as required and shifting to store/ location as decided by E-I-C.

Dismantling of pole/ street light standard/ strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc. as required.

Cable supply & laying

Supply of following sizes of Aluminium Power Cables, multistranded conductor, XLPE Insulated, Armoured, FRLSH at outer sheathed, 1100V grade as per IS 7098(Part 1) 1988 with upto date amendments.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. , complete as required.

Excavation of the cable trenches in hard rock not exceeding 1.5 metres in width, and lift upto 1.5 metres, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 metres.

Feeder pillar

Earthing

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and laying 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in existing DWC pipe for loop earthing of metallic poles including connection with G.I. thimble as required.

Dismantling of feeder pillars

Dismantling of existing outdoor type feeder pillar of different sizes (approx. size of feeder pillars 900x600x450mm) including disconnection of incomer & outgoing cables of different sizes, disconnecting earthing and shifting the panel to store/ location as directed by E-I-C.
