Excavation over areas not exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in Hard/ Dense soil all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in hard/ dense soil all as specified and as directed.

Dewatering of existing static water tank and cleaning the inside surfaces of the tank by scraping down walls, bottom slab and top slab using steel wire brushes to remove all disputation/ fungus, other micro-organism etc. using light hammer and wire brushes, taking out, removing sediment loose dirt/ mud sludge, vegetation and other foreign material completely from the tank, disposal of all the waste/ spoil to out of MD land at a place as specified by local bodies and washing repeatedly the inside surfaces of tank with water and applying antibacterial sterilization spray to walls, floors and ceilings all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Date of cleaning shall be painted on static water tank in block letter (by making stencils) of size 20 cm but not exc 30 cm height.

Dismantling/ taking down old existing unserviceable cement plaster, loose/ unsound weaken cement concrete of any description and in any position from existing external surfaces of RCC tank, RCC facias, average depth 25 mm with power driven of pneumatic chisel and removal upto the approved municipal dumping grounds specified by local bodies outside the MD land including cutting of edges, making square shoulders of the cavities, roughning the smooth surfaces, scrapping out/ removing corrosion including all loose/ scale/ rust etc from the visible reinforcement by applying rust remover such as MAXCURE RR Thermax/chemco system/ webac chemicals and cleaning the steel reinforcement properly and then applying single component cementitious film not less than 1 mm thick and preparing the surfaces to receive concrete of epoxy grout mortar etc all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on fair faces of concrete surfaces of ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 12+10 mm thick in CM 1:3 on fair faces of concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement with water proofing compound all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid saperately under respective Item.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:3 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Supply only water proofing compound all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as directed. NOTE: Reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition.

M & L for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggrgates in cover slabs for manholes etc and similar articles with plain fair faces including champhers, weathering, throating, formwork and set in CM 1:4 with joints to match complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping of cloumns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for repair of cracks by cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight) all as specified and as directed.

M & L for repair and renewal to sluice valves 100 mm dia for 2,50,000 litres including transportation to workshop, taking out the defective spindle, repair the same in lathe by grinding, turning, cutting to make fresh grooves, packing the same in its original position and testing for leakage all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling/ taking out existing hessian base felt or any other existing water proofing treatment from roof slab including cement plaster and exposing the top surface of RCC slab including preparation to receive new treatment removing the debris to as distance exceeding 200 m and not exc 250 m complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for water proofing treatment by applying oil bound bitumen primer, having a density of 0.87- 0.89 Kg/lit, @ 0.40 lit/Sqm, providing and laying 4 mm thick APP modified water proofing menbrane of approved make weighing not less than 4 Kg/Sqm, including minimum 10 cm side lap and 15 cm end lap, laid and pasted with blue flassed torching applications and finally finishing with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.1 Kg/Sqm all as specified and as directed.

Taking down plaster on brick or stone walls including racking out joints, hacking for key in cement plaster all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick (10 + 5 mm) in two layers with using WPC on block masonry surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M & L for applying two coats of water proofing coating system by applying shalicryl-215 of STP Ltd/ Rain coat 601 of Dr Fixit/ Barrier coat of Araldite over a coat of respective primer including preparation of plaster surface by complete removal of existing treatment including filling of crack with respective crack filler all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint over a coat of self primer on wall surfaces all as specified and as directed.
