CIVIL WORK

Earth work excavation for foundation in all classes of soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting including initial leads and lifts and refilling the sides of foundation etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with clean SAND in layers of 150mm thick, well watered, rammed and consolidated including watering etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and filling with excavated earth for proposed site with a lead of 15KM in layers not exceeding 15CM thick each including watering, rammed and consolidation etc., complete as directed by the Corporation officers.

Supplying and filling in basement with gravel in layers of not exceeding 150mm thick well watering, ramming and consolidation etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Corporation officers.

Supplying and filling in basement with wetmix 300mm thick in layers of not exceeding 250mm thick, well watered, rammed and consolidated including machineries for hire and running charges leader 5 Cum capacity, hire charges for tipper, water sprinkler, vibratory roller all labour charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Cement Concrete 1:4:8(one cement, four sand and eight aggregate) using 40mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly including dewatering, side shuttering, strutting, wherever necessary including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and laying of Ready mix for the following grade of concrete having characteristic strength not less than specified in the IS 456 - 2000 using Ordinary Portland cement with minimum cement content of 366 Kg / cum confirming to IS 8112. Coarse aggregate having a specific gravity of 2.60 using 20 mm down graded hard blue granite broken stone jelly In Foundation and Basement

In ground floor (Upto 4.50M height above basement)

BRICK WORK in cement mortor 1:5(one cement, five sand) using best quality second class chamber burnt bricks of size 9"x4 3/8"x2 3/4"for walls including cost of scaffolding curing, finishing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed. In ground floor (Upto 4.50M height above basement)

Providing FORM WORK for centering the soffits of all reinforcement concrete work including strutting to the required (3 metre) height with mild-steel sheets of size 90cmx60cm 10 gauge stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mmx25mmx3mm laid with country wood joist of average of size 10cmx6.50cm at about 90cm centres with casurina props of 13cm dia at 75cm centre to centre with all nails coir,wedges complete as directed by the departmental officers. Column footing, Plinth beam , top tie beam etc.,

For Plane surfaces such as RCC floor slab, roof slab, beams, lintels, bed blocks, landing slab, waist slab, portico slabs and beams, etc.,

For Plane surfaces such as Vertical slab, side slabs of boxing, vertical drops, facia, vertical wall, etc.,

Rectangular beams and floor slabs, tie beams, lintels, landing slab, loft etc.,

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position MS/RTS grills for reinforcement for all R.C.C. works including cost of steel, labour for straightening, bending, cranking, tying grills with 18 gauge galvanized binding wire and placing grills in position complete complying with standard specification and as directed..

Supplying and fixing (under lintel grove) cold rolled ROLLING SHUTTERS of approved quality of 18 gauge 7.5 cm wide cold rolled lathe section in one piece interlocked together with specially designed pipe shaft with adequate number of high tensile steels wire springs of approved quality complete with brackets side guides and arrangements complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Supplying and fixing in position steel glazed windows size of 2.00m x 2.00m in 2 leaves with outside steel frame 25mmx25mmx3mm angle with horizontal square bars of 10mm M.S. rods fixed at 10cm interval and shutter frame of size 20x20x3mm angle with 5.5mm thick wired glass panes of approved patterns fixed securely with screws and fillets. Shutters should be fixed with 2 Nos. of hinges with latch type inside locking arrangementscomplete complying with standard specification and as directed..

Providing vacuum de watered controlled cement surfacing 100mm thick in required slope and chamber confirming M20 grade with 20mm size stone aggregate cast in situ ,smooth finish and leveling with double framed screed vibrator ,excess water to be removed through vacuum pump with bottom and top filter mat duly sealing the edges all round including provisions of polythene sheet below the concrete layer complete complying with standard specification and as directed..

PLASTERING with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand) 12mm thick including scaffolding, finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

PLASTERING with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 12mm thick including scaffolding, finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Design, Supplying Fabricating, and erecting pre-Engineered roof system rafter /builtup section with TCT colour coated galvalume sheets building area= 647/965 sqm (15.15 M width X 42.70/63.70M length ) width =42.70/63.70M (O/o of RCC column ) clear eaves height =7.50 M from FFL bay spacing =Not less than 9.0 m Gable end = Along grid line - only purlins will be anchored in the brick wall

Supplying and fixing Galvalume sheet roofing with 0.47 mm thick of fully corrugated of approved colour and quality by drilling holes (and not by punching) with necessary ‘J’ / ‘U’ bolts and nuts of 8mm dia of suitable length and providing one set of bitumen washers of 25mm dia and 1.60mm thick

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class approved quality and colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Providing two legged scaffolding using 15 cm dia meter blue - gum posts or best quality bamboo posts of 4 m over all length ( 3 m height + 0.50 m projection + 0.50 m into the ground ) the distance between the two rows being 1.25 m and the spacing of posts being 2.00 m in both the rows with two horizontal posts with 0.50 m overlap on either side and braces at 2.00 m c/c including longitudinal Scaffolding 0m to 8m

Scaffolding 8m to 10.5m

Supplying and fabricating and erection of steel stanchion post of size ISMB 300 X 140mm fixed with necessary plates at top and bottom and fixing with side gladding channel of size 100X50X6mm and cross bracing 100X50X6mm channel including fixing base plate, top plate and welding the bracings to channels including painting two coats of good quality I class synthetic enamel paint over one coat of oxide primer etc. complete as directed by Corporation officers.

Supplying and fixing of Turbo Ventilators over the roof with necessary bolt and nut arrangement to withstand the wind velocity as specified by the departmental officers.(Size 600mm x 600mm)

Dismantling RCC foundation including cost of hire charges for tractor, compressor and jack hammer and Clearing away from the site as directed by the departmental officers.

Cement Concrete 1:1½ :3 (one cement one and half sand and three aggregate) using 20mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly including cost and conveyance of materials and labour charges for mixing, laying, compacting and finishing side shuttering wherever necessary. Curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Cutting and levelling the earth/ash using JCB including removing of slushy earth away from the site as directed by the departmental officers.

Dismantling A.C. Sheet from A.C. Sheet roofing without roof timber and clearing away and carefully stacking materials useful for reuse as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving the flooring with virtified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed with same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Dadooing the walls with glazed tiles of size 150mmx150mmx6mm of approved quality and colour over a base layer of C.M.1:2, 10mm and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 kg/sq.m neatly in all floors, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The tiles should be got approved by the Executive engineer before use on works).

Supplying and fixing of foundation bolt of size 25mm dia of 1.5m length including cost of steel rod and cutting and threading and conveyance charges and fixing as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete
