Renovation & Development work of Citizen Care Centre Building, JDA, Jaipur on EPC basis complete including civil interior development and furnishing works and electrical works etc. as per detailed specifications, complete as per tender drawings, terms and conditions mentioned in bid document. The work includes: (A) Civil Works: Renovation and Interior Development of CCC Building including dismantling and removing of existing Aluminum Glass & wooden partitions of all the floors And Renovate , redevelopment and finishing works like- fixing of Vitrified flooring , marvel flooring on floors and granite flooring on walls , Gypsum board false ceiling, calcium silicate false ceiling, fixing of Glass partitions on corridors and cabins , Roller blinds, Modular workstations, Furniture works and Storage units, Painting and Polishing works and other miscellaneous interior works floor wise complete in all respects as per Approved drawings, Specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (B) Electrical works: Electrification works including external lighting, Internal electrification including LT panels, DB, Conduiting, wiring cabling, cable trays, lifts, air conditioning, air cooling, water cooler, R.O. LAN networking, IPABX, CCTV, illumination, firefighting, fire Alarm, and other miscellaneous works if any required to make the building operational as per scope of work complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.
