Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth, for foundation etc., or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes etc not exc. 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc. 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each as in soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:1.5:3) type A1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in hardstanding finished with even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for forming 12mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for finishing surface of concrete roads, pavements, by brooming complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hardcore using broken stone or boulders of gauge exceeding 63mm and not exceeding 100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings, including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work, exposed surfaces of concrete finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, surface of concrete finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns etc., basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls of any description and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer over 3mm thick cement putty including filling of cracks and holes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for mild steel roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc., conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) Quality 'B' complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel rolled sections as in posts built up of one beam or channel section with flange plates, caps, bases splices, angle brackets, cleats and other connections conforming to Fe 410 (Gde-E-250) quality 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates etc., conforming to Fe-410-W (Grade E-250) Quality 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F pre-painted zinc coated aluminum sheet (Galvalume) GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall/valley gutters, fixed with self tapping screws including scaffolding for a height upto 12.0 metres complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES: The self tapping screw shall be of adequate length to drive into complete thickness of purlin/rafter etc., and shall be fixed using neoprene and EPDM washers. Penetration and laps in sheet shall be sealed by using proper sealant profile. HDPE fillers shall be provided wherever required to close voids between sheets, sheet & fasteners etc., as per SSR Part-I 2009 complete.
