M&L for repairs to LT panel boards complete with necessary welding works to doors, replacement of unserviceable hinges and all drop bolt, dismantling all cables, replacing insulation sleeves of busbar as per colour code, replacing cable lugs connecting using new bolts, nut, bolts & washers and replacing damaged cable glands complete including painting of all indoor and outdoor panels with two coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour internally and externally all as specified and as directed.

Trimming of tree branches touching to the LT/HT over head line or near to the LT/HT over head line or 2 Pole /4 Pole structure as per the direction of AGE E/M complete incl removing the tree branches from site complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Necessary written shut down to be obtained from AGE (E/M). (b) Span from one pole to next pole (30 to 50 RM) will be considered as a one Job. (c) Any damage caused due to contractor men will be rectified without any extra payment. (d) T&P such as ladder, rope, cutter, Axes and other related material for safety of Manpower will be provided by the contractor within the quoted rate.

M&L for painting all type/size of panel boards all indoor and outdoor with two coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make internally and externally all as specified and directed and specified.

M&L for preparation of surfaces for LT pole painting by scrapping damaged paint and painting with two coats of silver aluminium paint and writing pole No with black paint on yellow circuit all as directed and specified.

S & F in replacement of Offload Changeover Switch in sheet enclosure, 415 Volt, 50 Hz , 200 Amps, 4 pole with side handle with all accessories. Make: Indoasian Cat No. OFFPO200 or equivalent make of Havells/Legrand/ HPL as approved

S & F in replacement of Offload Changeover Switch in sheet enclosure, 415 Volt, 50 Hz , 315 Amps, 4 pole with side handle with all accessories. Make: Indoasian Cat No. OFFPO315 or equivalent make of Havells/Legrand/ HPL as approved.

Supply, fixing, connecting and testing in replacement Automatic Transfer switch (ATS) Four Pole, Automatic / manual operation type, 315 Amps, Four Pole, 50 Hz, 415V with controller inbuilt time delay and complete protection for open execution type. Make : Havells Cat Part No. IHYFCDO315 or equivalent of L&T/ Legrand.

Supply, fixing, connecting and testing in replacement Automatic Transfer switch (ATS) Four Pole, Automatic / manual operation type, 200 Amps, Four Pole, 50 Hz, 415V with controller inbuilt time delay and complete protection for open execution type. Make : Havells Cat No :IHYFNAO200 or equivalent in L&T/Siemens.

Supply, fixing, connecting and testing in replacement Automatic Transfer switch (ATS) Four Pole, Automatic / manual operation type, 100 Amps, Four Pole, 50 Hz, 415V with controller inbuilt time delay and complete protection for open execution type. Make : Havells Cat No :IHYFNAO100 or equivalent in L&T/Siemens.

Dismantling steel poles/struts, any type and size including opening of ACSR conductors, security/street light fittings, brackets, clamps, stay clamps etc and refixing to new pole etc and including necessary excavation and earth work and transportation etc complete as per site requirement and as specified and directed.

Supply, install and erect in true vertical steel tubular swaged pole complete with MS Box plate 6 mm thick of size 300 x 300 mm finial taper plug, cap, bolt, nuts washers & screws as specified type 410-SP-31 (9 mtr long) Made out of ERW MS tubing confirming to IS-2713 Part II including drilling holes of required size for fixing cables etc painting with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer for exposed surface and two coat of black bituminous paint for the portion embedded in concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of PCC of any description above/below ground level exceeding 15cm complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate for pole / struts foundation etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded aggregate for coping of pole including necessary form work and fair finishing of exposed surface of concrete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of cross arms, MS Channel or angle Chain link fencing section etc complete including dismantling of nut, bolts and washers all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cross arms. Bracings, support channel, backpate hooks etc fabricated from structural steel, sections (MS Channel) of required size and shape including nuts, bolts,washers, welding, bending , cutting cold or hot, drilling holes for inserting bolts as indicated and directed including painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of silver aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing of wire mesh any type fixed to RCC/angle iron posts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing of any size and type of weight not more than 4.0 Kgs/Sqm etc all as per site requirement and as directed and specified.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Steel round bar upto 10 mm dia and over for tying chain link fencing etc all as specified and directed.

S&F screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square head at one end and rounded the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 5 cm but n.exc 10 cm and dia of shank 11 to 15mm and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for angle iron posts upto size of 50 x 50 x 6mm for chain link fencing, with holes drilled and grouting in the foundation concrete all as directed (Fe 410W) Quality A complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Concrete for foundation measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Supply and laying in replacement of Tubes, 'light grade', galvanised iron, 50 mm dia laid in trenches for cable protection at road crossing etc including necessary making good or fixing on wall / poles of any type, secured with clamps and required boring under road or hard surfaces complete with all fittings laid in trenches all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in renewal of outdoor type cubical Busbar panel board/ feeder pillar suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volt, 50 Hz and type tested at CPRI at 415 Volt factory fabricated in an approved factory having modern fabrication process powder coated in approved shard having thickness not less than 100 microns provided with suitable gasket to make it dust/vermin proof and general construction confirming to IS 8623793 comprising of the following :- (a) OUTER SHELL. The outer shell shall be made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA Sheet and MS angle section 50x50x6mm frame, factory fabricated with front and back openable double door system lockable / openable by keys from both side having chromium plated 19 mm dia fancy lock, louvers and air vent gasket for natural flow of air. The bottom of the outer shell contains a detachable plate having provn for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands. The dimension of the shell should be adequate to accommodate inner shell described below giving minimum 75 mm space all round. Provision o threaded earthing stud at bottom & lifting lugs of suitable size at top to lift the panel safely shall be made. The degree of protection of outer shell shall be IP-54. (b) INNER SHELL. Inner shell shall be made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet duly compartmentalized for each control gears, front & back openable single door system by keys. To accommodate TPN Aluminium busbar of rating not less than 200Amps. The busbars shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on suitable size 'F' class insulators. The degree of protection for inner shell shall be IP-42 & carry the following items :-(i) Incoming/Out going :- TPN Bus bar of capacity not less then 200 Amps complete. (ii) Indication lamp 22.5 mm dia LED type, 240 Volts AC at the incomer of the unit to show 3 phase availability. MAKE : ABB/BCH/L&T/SIEMENS/GE/HAVELLS/C&S/MINILEC or CPRI approved). Note (For Item Nos. 84 to 86) :- (i) Safely Removal of existing cable, connections before removing unsv panel and reconnection of all at site as directed to be done by the contractor within the quoted rate. (ii) Approval of Drawing for the panels to be ascertained from GE/Engr-in-Charge before ordering to manufacturer by the contractor.

M & L in replacement Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm X 60cm X 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connecting to the GI strip 25 x 4mm, by means nut bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of the GI Earth wire protected by provision of GI light grade pipe 40 mm incl provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregated with 40 mm thick cover with RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 Kg / Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25mm X 25 mm X 3mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6 mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI light grade 20 mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, taste point made out of phosphorus bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding than 50 mtr, all as per electric plate No 3 of SSR Part I 2020 and connection to earth test point all as specified incl testing on completion”.
