Providing and fixing unidirectional or bi directional reflective pavement marker (RPM) or road studs bonded to or anchored within the road surface for lane marking and delineation for night time visibility with plastic body of RPM / Road studs moulded from ASA (acrylic strene acrylonitrite) of HIPS (high impact polystyrene). The marker shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D 4280. Providing and fixing of Retro Reflectorized Overhead Cantilever Informatory sign made of cube corner Micro Prismatic grade sheeting conforming to Type XI standards of IRC67 - 2012 and ASTMD4956 - 09, specification and fixed over 2mm thick aluminum sheet fixed on back supporting frame mild steel L angle of size 50mm x 50mm x 6mm. The Vertical support post for the installation of overhead sign Gantry shall be made of 300NB (Nominal Bore) MS Pipe with 12mm thick with a ground clearance of 6 meters along with 80NB (Nominal Bore) MS Pipe with 4mm thick and 40NB (Nominal Bore) MS Pipe with 3.20mm thick support posts. MS Base plate of size 1200mm x 1200mm x 25mm and MS Top plate of size 900mm x 1650mm x 16mm to be used to hold the sign board at the top and bottom respectively. MS Stiffener plates 8mm thick of sizes 420x420, 682x420, 288x288, 288x927 & 44xl30 are to be used. Anchor bolts of dimension 25mm dia and 1000mm length are to be used as fixtures. The approved direction information should be digitally printed and should have 70% of the coefficient of Retro-reflection values against the values as mentioned in Table 6. 9 of IRC67 - 2012.The Latex printer used for digital printing should use inks with low VOC emissions and have green guard, eco logo certificates as per UL 2801 standards. The retro-reflective sheeting shall be covered under 10 years warranty issued for field performance and a certified copy of three years Outdoor exposure report shall be obtained as per IRC 67-2012 (As per MoRT&H specification No.801).Cantilever sign shall be installed at the site as per the approved structural and foundation drawing provided in the tender document and including cost and conveyance of all materials, equipment, machineries to worksite, including all labour charges for fixing the gantry in position with all leads and lifts, loading charges and necessary for satisfactory completion of the work as directed by the engineer-incharge etc., complete.
