Demolition of Cement Concrete(unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness complete all specified and directed

M&L for Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.06sqm but not exceeding 0.11sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match incl Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 for laying floor finishes.

Dismantling of tiles of any description or thickness in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured wall tiles of approved colour of size 350x 250x 7/ 450x300x7 mm thick on vertical surfaces as in dado/wall set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed

M&L 20-25 mm thick machine cut Polished kota stone as in treads of staircase laying down and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over bedding layer of 20mm thick in CM 1:4 icluding screed bed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 20-25 mm thick machine cut Polished Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over bedding layer of 10mm thick in CM 1:4 backing coat complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for mirrror polishing on old kota stone work where ever required to give high gloss finish complete all specd and directed.

M&L 40mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or concrete surfaces etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering on external wall of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 , is to finsihed the surfaces even and fair.(With water proffing compound) wpc measure separately
