S&F snap grid for false ceiling of size 600mm x 600mm grid EXPOSED GRID SYSTEM fabricated with galvanised iron powder coated section all as shown on serial page No 185 of SSR part II (2020 print), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 6mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid / inserted to timber / GI / aluminium framework with screws including putty to receive finishes, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs for 6mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building board fixed or laid/inserted to timber /GI / aluminium framework with screws to ceiling flat or sloping, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new or previously untreated plaster/ AC sheet / Gypsum board surfaces of ceiling including cornices and applying two coats of oil bound distemper colour / tint, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete, 1:4:8, Type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 to 12 mm thick vitrified parking tiles in approved shade from meteor series, area of each tile exceeding 0.08 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in matching coloured polymer cement based grout to match over and including 15 mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete, 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm thick plain cement concrete, 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick plain cement concrete, 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor finish even and rough to receive further floor finishes (tile/kota stone/ marble ), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tile 300x600x06-7mm thick (coloured) on vertical surfaces such as wall, dados etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 10mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Light shade Vitrified Ceramic tiles 8 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Light shade Vitrified Ceramic tiles 8 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, in Skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick backing coat CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick with grey cement and no pigment machine pressed, set joined and pointed in neat cement slurry in roofs over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete, 1:2:4, Type B-1 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 12mm thick toughened glass as in hinged doors, partitions automatic doors and similar work including cutting to shape, drilling holes required, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel over, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty and fixed, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not etc. 50m and making good surface, work in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for palin cement concrete, 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in posts, walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars (including caps and bases) including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new steel surface and iron surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint and over red oxide, complete all as specified and directed.

(Note- sheet glass, wire mess will be measured and paid separately and window will be measured one side only)
