WIDENING AND STRENGTHENING OF TAKAURCHUNAR VIA TAHSIL AND BLOCK MUKHYALAY ROAD WITH 5 YEAR MAINTANANCE

Excavation for road way in soil by mechanical means including cutting and pushing the earth to site of embankment upto a distance of 100 metres (average lead50 metres), including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections. as per clause.301 of MORT&H

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement as per clause.305 of MORT&H

Construction of embankment with ordinary soil obtained from borrowpit with all lifts and lead up to 5 Km, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table as per clause.305 of MORT&H

Dismantling cement concrete or brick floor inclusion base concrete and inclosing stacking old dismantled Materia as directed by E/I as per SI No 608 but floor to be stone flagged or titled floor. As per SOR

Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material grade-I, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401. of MORT&H

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.[WMM] as per clause.406 of MORT&H

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-2) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 4.0 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects. Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen Pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25kg per sqm with Bitumen VG-10 on the prepared granular /bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom befor BC. as per clause.503 of MORT&H

Providing and laying bituminous concrete Grade II with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binderVG30 @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete (M-35) pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 422 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing as per clause.602 of MORT&H

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads upto 5 km transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. as per clause.305 of MORT&H

Providing and laying of interlocking concrete block pavement Zig-zag having thickness 80 mm as per drawing and technical specification Clouse 1504

Cross Drainage work Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material. as per clause. 304 of MORT&H

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days. as per clause.2100 of MORT&H

Stone Masonry Work in Cement Mortar 1:3 in Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. as per clause.1405.3 (B) of MORT&H

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing and Technical Specification as per clause. IRC78: 2200 of MORT&H

Reinforced Cement Concrete in Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications.RCC Grade- M-25 of cement coarse sand FM 2.5 and stone aggregate 20mm . as per clause.1500, 1700 & 2100 Case-II of MORT&H

Supplying, Fitting and Placing un-coated HYSD bar Reinforcement in Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. as per clause.1600 of MORT&H

Providing and laying Cement concrete wearing coat M-30 grade including reinforcement complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications as per clause.2702 of MORT&H

Pointing with cement mortar (1:3 ) on brick work in substructure as per Technical Specifications as per clause.1300 & 2200 of MORT&H

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/ Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/ return wall with 100 mm die AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drawing foci. Complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications as per clause.2706 & 2200 of MORT&H

Laying Reinforced cement concrete pipe NP3/prestressed concrete pipe for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets . 600 mm dia As Per SOR
