Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 m wide and not exc 1.50 m deep for foundation, laying of pipe or for shafts, wells cesspits,man holes etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches across metal road by cutting road by digging trenchless tunnel for passing pipe of any size and making good the road as per existing with proper PCC and applying two coats of black paint to match the existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling, in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up/down CI/DI water mains 100 mm dia including connection/fittings from trench/wall/floors etc including burning out old lead joints complete all as specified and as directed. ( Earth work will be measured and paid seperately under the relevent items of the BOQ)

Supplying, laying & testing 100 mm dia ductile iron pressure pipe socket and spigot end, class K-7, confirming to IS-8329/2000 blast furnace slag cement with portland cement properties suitable for push-on - joint with inside cement mortar lining, internal metallic zinc coating and external black bitumen coating duly ISI marked laid in trenches including making good disturbed surfaces of road /pavement/PCC surface as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Relaying of serviceable CI/DI water mains 100 mm dia including provision of new fittings fixed or laid in trench/wall/floors etc including new tyton /rubber gasket/lead joints, reducing to required length for insertion of new tees, branches etc.. complete all as specified and as directed. ( Earth work/ DI fittings will be measured and paid seperately under the relevent items of the BOQ)

Taking up/down CI/DI water mains 150 mm dia including connection/fittings from trench/wall/floors etc including burning out old lead joints complete all as specified and as directed. ( Earth work will be measured and paid seperately under the relevent items of the BOQ)

M & L PCC 1:3:6 Type C-2 ( Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation , filling, and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L MS studs , nuts and bolts of any size and length with suitable mild steel washer of any size for jointing of flanged pipes/ valve glands etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing by taking out from existing position/ in situ to CI/DI pipe line 100mm dia to 150mm dia at different location laid in trenches/along the wall/floor etc. against leakage of water by means of replacing the gasket/filling rope and lead, MS clamp, cutting, welding , jointing pipe in position, including CI/DI pipe fittings wherever required and making the pipe pipe line fully functional against leakage/seepage and making good the surface to the entire satisfaction of the Enginner in Charge including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil. complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Replacement of fittings/joints shall be measured and paid under the relevent items of the BOQ.

M&L for repairing by taking out from existing position/ in situ to CI/DI pipe line 200mm dia to 350mm dia at different location laid in trenches/along the wall/floor etc. against leakage of water by means of replacing the gasket/filling rope and lead, MS clamp, cutting, welding , jointing pipe in position, including CI/DI pipe fittings wherever required and making the pipe pipe line fully functional against leakage/seepage and making good the surface to the entire satisfaction of the Enginner in Charge including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil. complete all as specified and as directed.
