Removing the existing mosaic flooring floor tiles and wall tiles laid in cement mortor carefully without damaging the existing structure and disposing the debries to away for place as directed by the Engineer at site, including cost of labour, leads, lifts, all T & P's etc, complete.

Dismantling the existing Steel / wooden single leaf door carefully for the purpose of fixing including labour charges, removal of frames, hinges, fastenings, lead, lift, etc, complete.

Dismantling the existing damaged Portion of concrete and disposing the debris away from the site with a lorry lead of 0-2Km including cost of transporting charges, dismantling charge lead lift & labour charges etc. complete.

Laying Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 using 20 mm downgraded metal for foundation concrete by machine mixing, Labour charges for conveyance & ramming to required depth as directed by the Engineer at site, including cost of all materials, labour charges, Lead, Lift curing, etc., complete

Providing brick work in CM 1:5 using Chamber burnt Bricks using 230x110x70mm as directed by the Engineer at site including cost of all materials, labour charges, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Plastering with C.M 1:3 – 12mm thick to the wall surfaces as directed by the Engineer at site including cost of all materials, labour charges, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Providing and fixing of non-skid ceramic floor tiles of approved make, colour and quality and size of 305x305x8mm over 20mm thick CM 1:3 bedding and pointing with same coloured cement for floors of Bath & toilet including cutting and chipping in walls wherever required, finishing neatly the surface including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, curing all T&P's etc., complete

Dadooing the walls with 6mm ceramic tiles of approved make , colour and quality over 10mm thick CM 1:3 bedding and pointing with same coloured cement in floors for Bath & toilet and above kitchen platform including cutting chase in walls wherever required, finishing the surface, neatly, including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, curing all T&P's etc., complete.

Supplying & fixing of white colour European water closet of approved size with ‘P’ or ‘S’ trap with double flapped seat and seat cover with brass hinges and 10 litres capacity PVC low level flushing tank with all internal fittings, health faucet etc approved make and quality including cost of water closet with all accessories and dismantling the existing toilet, labour charges, lead, lift, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Supplying & fixing of Hindustan sanitary or its equivalent of approved make and quality white glazed vitreous china clay Oriya type Indian water closet (colour)of required size with “P”(Or) “S” trap with foot rest including cost of water closet with all accessories, labour charges, lead, lift, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.-

Supplying and laying in position of UPVC Pipe line 3/4 inch of medium class (schedule-80) of ISI Make as approved by the Engineer in charge at site for water supply arrangements including cost of joining necessary specials, labour charges, lead, lift, etc, complete.

Supplying and laying in position of 4inch and 2 inch dia PVC(6kg/cm2) pipe line as directed by Engineer in charge for sewer waste and urinal waste water supply arrangements including dismantling the existing waste water pipe line cost of all materials, specials such as Tees, bends, L bow, Couplings, screws, cutting, threading, joining, specials, TW plugs, leads and lifts etc., complete.

Removing the loose particles from the damaged roof slab( Rcc) by chipping with tool and scrapping with wire brush, cleaning and washing thoroughly with water and plastering the surface neatly with CM 1:3/20mm thick after observing the following i.e. applying construction chemicals.1. Applying Nitozinc primer to the exposed rods.2. Applying bonding agent i.e. Nit bond EP to the exposed old concrete.3. Renderoc RG as micro concrete.4. Slurry primer using Nitobond SBR.The above work is including labour charges,working with all safety equipment ,cost of all chemicals /materials ,charges for safety appliances, all lead, lift , conveyances of materials etc., in complete.

Providing two legged scaffolding using 15cm diameter of casuarina posts of 4m overall length from (3m height + 0.5m projection + 0.5m in the ground).
