PROVISION OF ROAD FROM BUILDING NO SMBK-14 TO P-95 FOR MD ACCN AT LEBONG UNDER AGE(I) DARJEELING

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out hard / dense soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Rough excavation not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in hard / dense soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) exc. 50m and n exc. 250m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting to required level, gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power mechanical road roller including watering as required filling in hollow sand depressions which occur during the process of rolling, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150 mm thick (spread thickness) soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber required using 8 to 12 tonne power mechanical road roller, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregate (Limestone, sand stone, Flint or Quartzite) of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled consolidated to required gradient and camber using 8 to 10 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing unsurfaced / new water bound macadam(WBM) surfaces by brushing with Wire Brushes for removing Caked, Mud, etc., Sweeping with Brooms and finally Fanning the Cleaned Surface with Gunny Bags to remove all loose dirts, etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer of grade 10 Pack (VG-10) @ 10kg per 10 sqm over WBM surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bitumen primer using paving bitumen grade 10 (VG-10) @ 5kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam using paving bitumen of grade 30 Pack (VG-30) @ 4% by weight of total mix laid / rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to12 tonne power road roller and rolled to a uniform smooth surface (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick consolidated thickness bituminous premixed carpet with 0.54 Cu.m per 10 sqm of stone chipping and mixed with 29.20 kg per 10 sqm of binder using paving bitumen grade 30 Pack (VG-30) laid and rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller and compacted to required camber and gradient, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premixed sand seal coat by applying paving bitumen grade 30 Pack (VG-30) @ 6.8 kg per 10 Sqm blinded with sand @ 0.06 cum per 10 Sqm applied and rolled to a uniformed smooth surface with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. on roads pavements and the like n exc 10cm wide with thermoplastic paint compound thickness of 2.5mm including effected glass @ 250gm/sqm area with mechanical equipment etc., white or golden yellow, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT Bars, 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with & including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping), rough finished surfaces of concrete on flat surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) (1:2:4), type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with fly ash bricks (old size bricks), straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar(1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or in the manner specified by the manufacturer and in the proportions indicated on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement), complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for plain cement concrete(1:3:6), type C-2 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) in surface channels and drains, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete(1:3:6), type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, hard standing, path / paving etc. including finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compond, all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation n exc. (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out soft/loose soil, all as specified and as directed.

Excavating over areas (exceeding 1.5m width), n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft / loose soil, all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8), type D-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over Granite or Trap stone walling for hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n exc 40mm to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6), type C1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed, in any length , with rubber rings 110mm dia, all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in soft / loose soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soils to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc. 30 cm thick; watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., exc. 1.5 m high but n exc. 3.0m high from base, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of white wash on walls, complete all as specified and directed.
