Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws as specifed and as directed.

All as per Sl Item No 1.16 above but plain sheet for ridge.

E grid suspended false ceiling grid system of size 600mm x 600mm with main runner 32x24x0.6mm cross Tee 25x24 x 0.6mm and wall angle 22.2x22.2x0.5mm, ceiling suspended with 3mm dia GI wire hangers fixed with steel dash fastener, butterfly clips, hold down clips etc (main runner, cross Tee & wall angle of MS galvanised with PPPCGS) including 4mm thick HPSC self textured design pre primered non asbestos fibre cement building board fixed to false ceiling including one coat of oil bound emulsin distember over a coat of primer and dismantling of existing false ceiling with fillets of any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain Cement Concrete, (1:2;4), type B-1, 40mm thick using 20mm graded stone aggregate including finishing cement concrete surface even and rough to receive finishing coats complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15mm thick over PCC roof padding concrete in CM (1:4) mixed with approved water proofing compound all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Complete removal of existing roof treatment (tarfelt), removing rubbish to a distance n.exc 50m, complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing roof treatment by applying bitumen primer @ 0.27kg/sqm, providing 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.8 kg/sqm reinforced with non woven polyester matt weighing not less than 180gm/sqm, having softening point not less than 140 centigrade, having tensile strength of 650 N/sq.cm in longitudinal and transverse directions, the reinforced tearing strength of 180N by torch application with minimum 10cm side overlap and 15cm end lap applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen VG-10 over the membrane @ 1.2kg/sqm, top of membrane shall than be finished with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @0.10kg/sqm all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkat or frames with shutters (without taking of shutter from the frame) not exc. 1.5 sqm each all as specified and as directed

Steel windows of box type, with frame of 80 x 60mm and 1.25mm profile sheet with box type shutters consisting of inside glazed shutter and out side gauged shutter with steel handle, telephonic peg stay complete with guard bars of 08 Nos with 10 x 10mm mild steel square guard bars in equal spacing, devotailed or welded all as per TD Drg No. 539 sheet 1/3 to 3/3 including filling the frame with PCC (1:3:6) type C0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate and one coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed. NOTE :- (i) PCC in frame, 4 mm thick sheet glass pane and galvanised wire cloth 0.56mm dia 1.18 aperture will be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Any brick work or concrete surface damaged during the process of work shall be repaired by contractor. (iii) The unit rate quoted shall deemed to be include the cost of scaffolding/staging etc as required at site.

Steel ventilators top hung shutter including peg stay, glass and steel wire cloth, guard bars etc. all as per TD drawing-539 sheet 1/3 to 3/3 complete with glazing bars all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work /stone masonry/pcc block masonry built in cement mortar of any description all as specified and directed.

Matt finish ceramic coloured tiles 7-8mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but n.exc 0.36 Sqm as in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Glazed coloured ceramic tiles as in vertical surfaces 350 x 250x 7 mm/ 450 x 350 x 7 mm/ 300x450x7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface over rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:4) backing coat on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Vitrified light coloured tiles of approved shade and pattern, of size 600mmx600mmx9-10mm thick joint less as in floor/skirting set and jointed in cement slurry, over and including 15mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4) pointed. in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

15mm dia Bib taps, cast copper chromium plated alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule fixed in repairs complete all as specified and as directed.

Bib taps standard of PTMT any colour screwed for iron pipe suitable for 15mm dia fixed in repairs all as directed.

32mm dia, 800mm long corrugated waste pipe fixed in repairs complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing bib taps, pillar taps, stop cock or angle valve of any size and re fixing in old or new position including replacing one nylon washer complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully aluminium/ copper wiring/power point wiring (light, fan,call bell socket or power circuits) complete and making good the disturbed surface of walls, ceiling etc including painting with same colour of the back ground complete all as specified and as directed.
