Extra for concrete work in superstructure above floor V level for each four floors or part thereof.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed plain cement concrete,with cement content as per approved design mix and manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for plain cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying and curing, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing, including cost of curing, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. All works above plinth and upto floor V level : M-15 grade plain cement concrete. (cement content considered @ 240 kg/cum)

Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10 mm and down gauge), including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design : In 75x75 mm deep chase

Making khurras 45x45 cm with average minimum thickness of 5 cm cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) over P.V.C. sheet 1 m x1 m x 400 micron, finished with 12 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and a coat of neat cement, rounding the edges and making and finishing the outlet complete.

Extra for providing and mixing water proofing material in cement plaster work in proportion recommended by the manufacturers. per bag of 50kg cement used in the mix

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade ( sandtex matt of Snowcem India ltd.) : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/ 10 sqm.The rate shall be inclusive of all lifts & Tool & Plants including Ghori etc.

Providing and applying white cement based (exterior ) putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer ( J.K.,Asian,Birla), over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane ( Choksey, fosroc,kryton) with resilient acrylic polymers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top of concrete roof in three coats @10.76 litre/ 10 sqm. One coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 500 microns). The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams,columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge - 50mm average thickness

Providing, mixing and applying waterproofing coat of approved acrylic polymer cement based (Fosroc (Hydroproof xtra), Sikka, Choksey) on RCC, concrete slab & brick tiles. The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. - Single Component Acrylic polymer cement based with priming coat @ 1 part of Hydroproof Xtra :2 parts of water : 4 parts of cement ( area covered of 16.00-17.00 sqm per litre of Hydroproof Xtra) followed by top coat (in two coats) in ratio of 1:2 ( 1 part Hydroproof Xtra : 2 parts of cement ) coverage of top coat 4.5 -5.0 sqm. area for 1.0 litre of Hydroproof Xtra in each coat with specified time intervals .

Providing and laying brick tiles over terrace roofs, vertical surfaces of parapet walls grouted with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement, over 12 mm layer of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) and finished neat: - With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) brick tiles of class designation 10

Providing, laying & mixing of Recron 3s Polypropylene (Reliance make) fibre reinforcement (12mm in length) @ 0.9kg/cum in slab/floor concrete to resist the shrinkage cracks , micro cracks & reduces permeability in concrete etc complete as per the manufacturers specification & direction of Engineer-in charge.
