DATA ENTRY AND UPDATING OF FILE SYSTEM : Providing one data entry operator having full knowledge of their trade for compilation of the reports and returns, various data, generation of reports, keeping record of the progress of works, stores and entering of data in computers, to maintain serial number of files, opening of new files according main heading of the subject dealt with various sections, each letter in files are serially numbered with back reference/forward reference, docket/index sheet an updating of files etc. Note - No of JAA-01.

SAFAIWALA Providing three Nos of tradesman/ worker (Safaiwala) for outsourcing and house keeping services of office day to day maintenance of office buildings/ rooms, cleaning of toilets, sanitary appliances, external premises of buildings, road, open area, stores, MES installation and disposal of dry leaves, garbage waste to nearby main garbage bin and maintenance of office lawn, gardens, cutting of trees, shrubs and watering plant etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: - (a) Materials such as Phenyl, Naphthalene balls/cakes, soap, liquid hand wash, brushes, brooms, duster, floor cleaner etc required for conservancy and house keeping services shall be provided by Department. (b) All tools and plants such as knife for tree/shrub cutting, PVC pipe for water sprinkling, floor cleaner mop etc shall be supplied by contractor and the quoted rate shall be deemed to include the same. Note : - No of Safaiwala - 03.

PEON: Providing one peon for handling of files from one room to other rooms, dusting of tables, chairs, computer, files Almirah and attending the order/ direction of officers and staff. General Notes:- (a) The rated quoted shall not be less than Minimum wages as notifies by Government of India/ State Government, Local body whichever is higher including all stationery provision such as EPF, ESIC, Bonus, rates etc as applicable. (b) Work shall be carried out all days of a month from 09 :00 AM to 05 :00 PM except Sunday and National holiday as declared by Government of India. The contractor shall quote his rate for each month accordingly. (c) In case of any absent of any person or not in duty during the working hours, necessary recovery will be made at the rate quoted, in addition penalty will be made as per PS Clause No 05 on Ser Page No 96 (R) of CA. (d) Quoted rate is deemed to inclusive of necessary safety equipments, required as per IS Rules, transportation, conveyance, attendance register etc. Note : No of Peon - 01.
