Civil work for 60MT electronic Road Sweighbridge
Design and construction for civil foundation and supporting structure shall consists of four reinforced concrete pdestal to accommodate anchoring and mounting 4 nos Compression Load cells and 4 pairs Horizontal Constrainers to sustain up to full capacity with 50% overload and necessary earth pit.
Design and construction for suitable Ramp on both sides of the platform with slope (1:15) and approach Road up to Ramp
Supply of 60 MT electronic Road Weighbridge
Supply and design of Pit less, Mechnical Platform of size 9.0 x 3.0m with grouting plate for Load cell and Horizontal Constrainers, Mounting brackers suitable for use in 60 MT capacity electronic Road Weighbridge complete as required as per specifications.
Horizontal Constrainers complete as required as per specifications
Electronic Kit consists of 4 Nos. Load cells, Mounting Kit, Weighing Terminal, Junction Box & extension Cable as per specifications.
1 KVA, UPS (Line interactive) with rechargeable battery for 6 hours back up as per specifications.
HP Printers MONO LASERS IJMI 213NF MFP as per specifications.

INSTALLATION AND SUPERVISION
Supervision of Civil foundation, installation of all equipment, testing, verification, inspection & stamping by statutory authorities and commissioning of the Weighbridge.

Providing supplying and installation of PVC insulated Aluminum armoured cable, KV of following size for energizing equipments/MCC: a) 4 C x 10 Sqmm
Providing supplying and installation of G.I. earth strip of size 25 mm x 6mm
Providing supplying and installation of Erthing pit
The Comprehensive 02 years Annual Maintenance Contract of Road weighbridges includes checking, repair Servicing, maintenance of road weighbridges installed at different site of OSSC and whaich shall be handed over to the OSSC Ltd in working condition.
