Supporting Insulator (Porcelain/Glass Fibre)

Dismantle of Faulty CT and SITC of new Indoor CT (3 nos. each set) having ratio of 1000/5/5/1/1A having Burden 30VA .

Dismantle of Faulty CT and SITC of new Indoor CT (3 nos. each set) having ratio of 600/300/5/1A having Burden 30VA.

Repairing/Overhauling/Servicing of Mechanism of 33 KV KSL Make Circuit Breaker as per the scope of work: a) Repairing and overhauling of ON/OFF spring charging manual mechanism. b) Servicing of AXLE assembly. c) Alignment of breaker trolley in Panel complete to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge. d) Servicing of male contact finger. e) Servicing of contact level assembly. f) Testing of SF-6 gas pressure in pole part assembly. Rectification of leakage & top up. g) Cleaning, lubricating of all parts. h) Replacement of all minor worn out parts i.e. couplings, washers, defective fuses & ferrule numbering etc. i) Painting of bay/panel and its C & R Panel. j) Making the Circuit breaker operational for tripping closing from local & remote push button for panel. All work required to be done at the satisfaction of AE/JE.
