Providing and fixing of the insulated wall panels with Secret-fix type will be Grey Colour Core of 60mm thick continuous line manufactured Sandwich wall Panels. The Panels shall have steel using 0.5mm TCT thick pre-painted galvalume steel sheets (PPGL) on both sides having 60mm insulation core of rigid HCFC, CFC, HCF free PIR/ Hybrid Polyisocyanurate (QuadCore) foam providing minimum U-value of 0.30 W/m2K (Thermal Transmittance), K-value of 0.018 W/mK (Thermal Conductivity) when tested in accordance with ASTM C518 or IS 12436 and IS 16203. The panel manufacturing facility should have minimum ISO 9001:2015, ISO 1400:2015 & ISO 45001:2018, GRIHA Certification, Green Pro Certification. The Hybrid PIR-Polyisocyanurate foam Insulation material in the panel should have excellent fire extinguishing characteristics when tested in accordance with BS EN 13501-1:2018 with reaction to fire classification satisfying B-s1, d0 having total smoke production (TSP) value.
