Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 metres wide and n.exc 1.5 metres deep for foundation, shafts, cesspits, manholes etc n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n. exc 1.5 metres in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil.

Demolition and breaking of SGSW or RCC drain/Soil pipes jointed in cement mortar and taking out from trenches if required internal diameter 150mm.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description in any position not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level).

Taking down cement plaster on wall of any description incl racking out joints hacking for key and scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in incl spreading leveling watering, well ramming in layers not etc 25 cm hard/dense soil.

Removing excavated materials etc not exc 50 metres depositing where directed at a level of n.exc. 1.5 metres above the starting point.

M&L pre cast RCC (1:1.5:3) type A-1 as in manhole cover, drain cover and set in cement mortar (1:4) including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exc 6 metres radius with old size bricks built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.
