Demolition below G.L. Upto all depth, Un-reinforecd cement concrete upto all Thickness levels and stacking the serviceable materials at site and disposal of un-serviceable materials up to approved dumping site, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. Any loss of Govt. and private property during the execution of work the absulte responsibilty of the contractor. including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Excavation in foundations, trenches etc. in earth work in all kind of soils, such as pick work, jumper work,blasting work, by blasting or chieling and pumping bailing, dewatering where ever required etc. complete and lift up to all heights and then clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm, layers, when required in to plinths sides of foundations etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth up to approved dumping site , including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in charge. Any loss of Govt. and private property during the execution of work the apsulte responsibilty of the contractor.

Stone soling properely hand packed filling interstics with Kharanja stone and consolidating with power road roller to the requested gradient and camber including spreading watering and rolling of binding materials moorum or earth etc. complete as per HP.PWD specification. 100mm (Hundred milimetre) spread thickness (finished work including materials and labour), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement: four sand: eight graded stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimeter) nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in: Foundation and plinth including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying heavy duty precast cement conrete inter locking paver blocks vibro compacted upto M- 50 grade i/c border or kurb block grey or coloured over sub-base of concrete with 25mm (Twenty five millimeter) thick average thickness of cement mortar 1:4 (One cement : four sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of blocks i/c curing rubbing & polishing complete (Sub base concrete floor to be paid for separately) 100mm (One hundred millimeter) thick inter locking blocks. (NTC make) including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm. (Three point fifteen millimeter) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. (Thirty into thirty into five millimeter) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuutering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to all heights and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like Floors etc.above 200mm. (Two hundred millimeter) in thickness including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying Machnically Mixed and vibrated cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (One cement :One point five sand :Three graded stone aggregate 20mm. (Twenty millimeter) nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for feinforced concrete work in: Suspended floors roofs, landings and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level. including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in Super-structure above plinth level upto floor two level Cement Mortar 1:6 (One Cement : Six Sand) Second Class Bricks including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

15mm (Fifteen millimeter) Cement plaster in single coat on the rough /fair side of brick/ concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises,internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (Eighty millimeter) in girth and finished even and smooth Cement Mortar 1:4 (One Cement:Four Sand). including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc including sand paper smooth complete. including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make made of 80 mm X 1.25mm (Eighty into one point twenty five millimeter) M.S laths interlocked together through their entire length and joined together at the end by end locks mounted on specially designed pipe shaft,with brackets side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push pull operation complete but excluding the cost of the top cover and spring Shutters having width below 3.5 metres. (Three point five meter) including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 27.5 centimetre (Twenty seven point five centimeter) long wire spring grade No.2 for rolling shutters. including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing top cover for rolling shutters Shutters having width below 3.5 metre. (Three point five meter)including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing ball bearing for rolling shutters including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat)on new steel and other metal surface under coat with ready mixed paint brusing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface all dirt,dust and other foreign matter With readymixed paint other than white including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (One cement : two sand: four graded stoneag gregate 20 mm (Twenty millimeter) nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat Cement 40 mm (Forty millimeter) thick. including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
