Design, manufacture, testing, supply and installation/ demonstration of one no of Overhead EHV AC Transmission line Offline Fault Locator & Line Analyser suitable up to 765kV level to 2050MW Solar Park, Pavagada.

In case of Original Equipment Manufacturer, the bidder should have manufactured, tested and supplied at least 01 No of Overhead EHV AC Transmission Line Offline Fault Locator & Line Analyser suitable up to 765kV level to any State/Central owned Transmission Utilities/Generation Utilities/PSUs in any one of the last 3 years which must be in satisfactory operation for at least 12 months on date of tender opening. In case of Authorized representative, the bidder should have supplied at least 01 No of Overhead EHV AC Transmission Line Offline Fault Locator & Line Analyser suitable up to 765kV level to any State/Central owned Transmission Utilities/Generation Utilities/PSUs in any one of the last 3 years which must be in satisfactory operation for at least 12 months on date of tender opening

A company incorporated in India under the Companies Act, 1956 or 2013 including any amendment thereto OR proprietary firm OR Partnership firm. A copy of certificate of incorporation shall be furnished along with the bid in support of above in case of company or partnership deed in case of partnership.

The Bidder should be either a Manufacturer of Overhead EHV AC Transmission Line Offline Fault Locator & Line analyser or an authorized representative of a qualified manufacturer meeting the qualifying requirements. In case of Original Equipment Manufacturer, bidder shall furnish company Registration Certificate. In case of Authorized representative of manufacturer, the bidder shall furnish a joint undertaking by the manufacturer along with the bidder on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs.200/- to guarantee quality, timely supply and performance and warranty obligations as specified in the tender as per proforma (Annexure-III) of the Bidding Documents. The undertaking shall be valid for a period of at least 05 years after the expiry of guarantee period of the equipment supplied.

The bidder should not have been blacklisted by any State/Central Generating/Transmission Utility as on the date of bid submission.

The bidder should provide detailed information on any litigation or arbitration arising out of contracts completed or under execution by it over the last five years with State/Central Utilities. A history of awards involving litigations against the bidder or any part or JV may result in rejection of bid.

The bidder shall have full-fledged service center in India for complete after sales service of the Tendered material/equipment. The complete after sales service of the Tendered material/equipment shall be provided within reasonable time and the same has to be guaranteed for the entire contract period.

Bidder shall upload valid GST registration certificate with GSTIN number, PAN details, ISO certificate of the company.

A certificate for having read the clauses specified in Annexure-5 is required to be submitted and uploaded along with the offer by the bidder.

The Bidder shall furnish Test Certificates not older than five years as on the date of bid opening for having conducted successful tests in a NABL accredited test house as per the relevant IS/IEC etc., standards on the equipment/material specified in the bid. a) Bidders shall have to upload the test certificates of the material/equipment specified in the present enquiry as per the relevant IS/IEC etc standards. b) In case the test reports for the specified equipment/material in the present enquiry are older than 5 years or if one/some of the test reports are not available for the specified equipment/material in the present enquiry, in that case the bidder shall give an undertaking agreeing to conduct all tests on the 1st Unit or any other unit at the discretion of KSPDCL in a NABL Accredited Laboratory if order is placed on the firm without affecting the Delivery Schedule and at no extra cost to KSPDCL.

The bidder should have achieved in the last five years i.e., during FY 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 & 2023-24 an atleast two financial years an average annual financial turnover Rs.40.12Lakhs.

The bidder shall upload the Power of Attorney in the prescribed format (Annexure-IV) on Rs.500/- non-judicial stamp paper. Further Power of Attorney shall be sent in original to Chief Executive Officer, KSPDCL, Bangalore so as to reach after the last submission date & on or before the date & time of opening techno commercial bids
