Demolition/Dismantling of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass 'B' bricks (old size bricks), straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 02.00 above but except bricks.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (old size brick) straight or curved on plan to any radius in half bricks thick walls, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on concrete surfaces such as soffit of RCC slab, chajjas and brick walls, Ceiing etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:6 on brick Work or concrete surfaces including finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on of brick work or concrete surface finish ever and smooth (w/o using extra cement) incl WPC as per user manual complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 over concrete surface as on ceiling, chajja, shelves etc to match with existing surfaces finish even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surface and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper on wall over one coat of primer incl one layer of 3mm thick wall care putty on old scraped surfaces or new plasterd surfaces and obtain smooth finish using sand paper complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plaster surface & apply two coats of cement based paint over a coat alkali primer resistance incl one layer of 3mm thick wall care putty on old scraped surfaces or new plasterd surfaces and obtain smooth finish using sand paper complete all as specified and directed.
