Refixing of 25 mm dia ,old steel tubing and connections in new or old possition (wall,ceiling and floors etc) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 110 mm bore of pipe PVC (SWR) pipes single socket in any length with rubber ring joint fixed to walls with MS clamps complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 110 mm bore of pipe PVC (SWR) bends of any radius / shoe fixed to PVC pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only 110 mm bore of pipe PVC (SWR) pipes single socket in any length with rubber ring joint fixed to walls with MS clamps complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in 'repairs' 20mm gun metal globe or gate valve with iron wheet head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in 'repairs' 25mm gun metal globe or gate valve with iron wheet head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roof & disposal of retrieved material upto a distance n.exc 100m where directed, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of mud in roof, any thickness including plastering and leaping (where full thickness removed or only a part there of disposal off rubbish upto a distance n.exc 100m, where directed complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cleaning of old Roof wall/ concrete surfaces & applied a coat of cold bituminous primer over cleaned surface @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm followed by APP modified five layer ploymeric membrane 3mm thick, minimum wt 3.60 kg/Sqm reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weighing not less than 150gms/Sqm ) manufactured by M/S STP Ltd/IWL India Ltd or its equivalent, laid as per the manufactures instruction with side over lap of 75mm & end over lap of 100mm & tucked into the chases on vertical surfaces if required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L lime concrete in lime mortar ration (1:3) using 40mm brick aggregate laid to slope/ level as directed complete all as specified and directed

M&L 40mm thick brick tiles laid on mud mortar and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement over and including bedding in cement mortar (1:6),15mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No17 herein before but except tiles (using old tiles retreived from item no) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC (1:2:4) type B0 using WPC along side wall adjoining to roof as in benching in concave shape complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Cement plaster including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in patches in cement mortar in 1:4 on fare face of brick work or concrete surfaces even and smoothe without using extra cement & with using integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coats of Dr Fixit pidecrete URP in chajja, staircase. etc by using 2 Sqm per 1 Kg URP + cement in the proportion of (1:1.5) and making pedicrete solution and applying by brush complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work of any type built in cement mortor in condition etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work built in cement and sand mortar 1:6 with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m means radius complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of RCC of any descrition such as Kitchen chimney, chajja, shelves, OHT Tanks. etc and in any position not other wise specially provided for complete all as specified and directed (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition)

M&L for reinforced cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graged aggregate) as in Slab supported on walls, beams and column in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, deck slabs and in shelves and etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of form work to rough finished surfaces of soffits of suspended slab such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling water tanks of any description exc 250 and n.exc 500 ltrs capacityand removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 500 ltrs capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene in white coloured three layered ISI Marked water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 20 mm ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & hihdesity plastec ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 20mm - 210 gms) etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and Refixing old 500 Ltrs capacity Rotational moulded polyethylen water storage tank after cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and from mouths of cirulating pipes etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 40mm thick brick tiles laid on mud mortar & joints grouted flush pointed in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement including filling depressions with mud before laying of brick tiles and matching level with existing brick tile surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 with water proofing compound and finishing top surface even & smoth as in roof slab /sunken floor , etccomplete all as specified and directed. Note :- (1) Only coarse sand will be used. (2) Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item in this BOQ.

Note:- Net contract sum shall be calculated after deduction of Sch of credit of Rs. 19539.00.
