REPAIR/REPLACEMENT/IMPROVEMENT OF PERIMETER/HIGH MAST LIGHTS/SECURITY LIGHTS, STREET LIGHTS INCLUDING ALLIED WORKS UNDER GE(WEST) PATHANKOT

Attending of complaint for day to day maintainence / daily complaints by checking the serviceability of street/security/high mast lights complaints upto 12 mtr hight pole/bulding, as directed by JE/Engg-in-Charge and rectification the defects in same day, light of any make installed on street light poles 9/11 mtrs long , buildings walls roof by bringing down the fittings on ground or in position by replacing minor spare part like tape, nut bolts etc including cleaning /acrylic cover for clear reflection of light, further replacement of old unserviceable street light fitting with new fittings (Contractor will provide veh, ladder , tools & takels required at site):- Note:- (i) if items require to replaced will be measured and paid seperately under respective items as supply & fixing in repair(Labour charge is not included in this item for replacement of items). (ii) Complaints shall be attended and rectified within 24 hrs of receipt of complaint. (iii) Lights on one pole repaired shall be treated as one complaint. (iv) If the complaint is not attended with in 24 hrs, a penalty of Rs. 100/- per complaint for first 24 hours and Rs. 50 for every next 24 hours shall be levied to contractor.

S&F in repair LED street light fitting of 45 watts, 5700k, IP 66 power factor >0.95, IK-08 having 120 lm/watt efficacy with invidual lens cover on each LED, rendering index > 70, 4 KV integrated surge protection, external 10 KV surge protection potted driver, toughned glass cover in high pressure die-cast powder coated aluminium housing and making connection using 3 core flexible copper cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Note :- For item no. 3.00 to 8.00 :- a) Operating temperature of fitting shall be -10 to 50 C and voltage range of 120 V-270V. b) LM-79,(not more than 1 year old) LM-80 reports for fitting are mandatory. c) The fitting shall have minimum 50000burning hours with LM 70 report. d) BIS stamp is mandatory on fixture & driver.

S&F in replacement potted driver with 4 KV surge protection suitable for street / Flood light fitting of size 25 W - 45W of make as per ground requirement and complete all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement of bracket for fixing of street light fittings bend to shape, made out of 32 mm dia GI pipe medium grade upto 1.5 mtr long fixed with and including two sets of MS clamp made out of Flat iron of size 50x6 mm, fabricated to shape and fixed with nuts, bolts & washers & two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer on iron component complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacement three core Aluminium conductor PVC insulated cable of size 2.5 sqmm FR multistranded 1100 volts grade complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying of cable ,pole foundation,stay,laying of pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No. 19.00 here-in-before but depth exceeding 1.5 mtr and not exceeding 3 mtr.

Returning filling in, including spreading ,leveling ,watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cables with a layer of sand 8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable complete all as specified (Note:-Punned thickness shall be measured and paid)

M&L for brick covering equal to length of bricks as mechanical protection to cable with well burnet sub class ‘B’ bricks laid as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and deposting where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing in replacement of LT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts, grade cross sectional area 16 sq. mm 4 core complete all as specified

Supply, laying and testing in replacement of LT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts, grade cross sectional area 10 sq. mm 2 core complete all as specified

S&F in repair GI tubing light grade 50 mm bore for cable protection laid in trenches in road crossing or fixed to wall/Pole complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Prestressed concrete pole, 9.0 metres long 102mm x 152mm at top and 102 mm x 289 mm at bottom, class 10 in replacement including dismantling of old UNSV pole , numbering new pole and applying two coats of synethic enamel paint upto 1.5 mtr from top of coping for black and white strip alternately each 30 cm wide complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Earth work including excavation, Returning filing, PCC work, removing excated material will be measured and paid separetly under respective items of schedule)

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 ( using20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, cable duct, cover slab, benching and stay etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 ( Using 40mm graded stone aggregate ) as in foundation of poles filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement for cable junction box made out of polycarbonate duly powder coated in grey colour, of size min 150 X 200 X 75 mm shock proof, termite proof, weather proof, UV-resistant, temperature resistant, IP 66, IK 09, with aluminium bus bar terminals, suitable to have MCB SPN and entry / exit of XLPE cable upto the size of 35 Sqmm 2 core, fitted on pole with clamp made out of 20 X 2 mm strip complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F in replacement automatic street light timer switch three phase, suitable to take load of minimum 5 kw 3 phase, 415 V based on weather proof photoelectric timer adjustable upto min 10 lux , alongwith suitable power contactor & MCB TPN 40 Amp on both input and output duly prewired with suitable size of copper wiring with proper lugs and terminal blocks with facility of manual ON/OFF switch complete enclosed in polycarbonate IP 66 enclosure shock, rust, weather & termite proof uv-resistant, FR grade fixed on pole with MS strip of size 20 X 2 mm complete all as specified & directed by Engineer -in -charge

M&L for Pole painting with two coats of black bituminous paint externally through out for embedded portion and making 30 cms wide strips with yellow and black paint at alternatively upto 1.50 metre height and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on remaining exposed surface of existing pole any size any type including numbers of cross arms, channels, clamps streetlight brackets and GI protection pipe also be painted,complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Note:-The accepted amount will be arrived after deducting the Sch of credit i.e. Rs 55,140.00 and any other reduction if any from quoted amount.
