Providing, painting, finishing walls with two coats of anti-algae, weatherproof acrylic smooth emulusion exterior paint of approved make with silicon additives on sand face plaster / plain plaster & concrete surfaes of required shade over new work over a base coat of exterior cement primer including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding at all levels and height complete. As per specification sand as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying wall painting two coats on new work with premium plastic emulsion Internal paint on sand face plaster / plain plaster & concrete surfaes of approved brand to given even shade, including a coat of approved cement primer, including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding at all levels and height, at celling area complete. As per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Structural steel work in M.S Plain Plates and chequrred Plates, Angle Frame, Pipe, fabricated structure for Embedded Parts, Trench Covers, Connection plates etc.including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved zinc chromate steel primer etc.including cost of structural steel Plates, welding all labour charges etc. complete as per drawings and specifications. Using materials produced by the own plants of SAIL , RINL (Vizag Steel) and TATA only using virgin materials. All test reports to be provided along with the supply of the materials

Providing and laying 50 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardner topping under layer 38mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 and top layer 12mm thick wearing surface with metallic floor hardner, cement being mixed with metallic floor hardner of approved quality and make in the ratio of 4:1 (4 cement and 1 metallic floor hardner) by weight and this cement hardner compound mixed with 6 mm downgraded stone aggregate in the ratio of 1:2 by volume including providing and fixing 25X3 mm aluminium strip, This includes cost of cement slurry, finishing to the required finishing and cleaning neatly while handing over the areas etc. complete as per specifications and drawings.

Providing and laying Minimum 25 mm thick uniform shade Kotah stone treads and risers of steps in single length up to 2 metres length slab, landing area, skirting, window sills, dado and pillars laid on 20 mm thick (average) cement mortar 1:3 (using coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and polishing to obtain mirror finish, providing grooves and nosing in treads as per design etc. complete as per specifications and drawings.

Providing cement based waterproofing treatment to the new terraces, chajjas, cleaning the concrete surfaces, giving injections to the top slab as required with cement and approved waterproofing compound solution to fill up all inherient holes, voids, honeycombs etc. in the concrete slab, setting brickbat coba in waterprrof mortar with necessary gradient for easy flow of water and continue the treatment along the inner faces of parapet or other adjoining wall up to a height of 300mm in the shape of vattas, with waterproof plaster finished smooth with trovel in cement/geru with false markings of 300mm squares complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 33a) With Average thickness of 120mm and minimum thickness at khurra as 65 mm using river sand / crushed sand

Hood etc. will not be measured separately.

Providing and fixing Anodised Aluminium work (Anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS 1868 Minimum Anodic coating of grade AC 15) for fixed or movable portion of doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / Z Sections and other sections of approved make confirming to IS 733 and IS 1285 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC / neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically whereever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P brass / stainless screws all complete as per architectural drawings and directions of Engineer-in-charge including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of PVC / neoprene gasket required. Note: (1) Anodised aluminium sections, aluminum beading, aluminium sheets & aluminium handles used only will be measured for payment. No extra payment will be made for all non-aluminium consumables items like SS friction stays, concealed SS tower bolts, sliding tracks, rollers, bearings, screws, gasket, weather strips, PVC lining, etc (2) Glass, particle boards, anodised aluminium grills, brass mesh, etc. will be measured & paid separately under relevant items.. Providing and fixing of expansion joint system related with floor location as per drawings and direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The joints system will be of extruded aluminum base members, self aligning / self centering arrangement and support plates etc. as per ASTM B221-02. The system shall be such that it provides floor to floor /floor to wall expansion control system for various vertical location in load application areas that accommodates multi directional seismic movement without stress to it's components. System shall consist of metal profiles with a universal aluminum base member designed to accommodate various project conditions and finish floor treatments. The cover plate shall be designed of width and thickness required to satisfy projects movement and loading requirements and secured to base members by utilizing manufacturer’s pre-engineered self- centering arrangement that freely rotates / moves in all directions. The Self - centering arrangement shall exhibit circular sphere ends that lock and slide inside the corresponding aluminum extrusion cavity to allow freedom of movement and flexure in all directions including vertical displacement. Provision of Moisture Barrier Membrane in the Joint System to have watertight joint is mandatory requirement all as per the manufactures design and as approved by Engineer -in- Charge.
