Material and labour for cut open the cracks in V-groove manner up to 5mm to10mm wide by mechanical cutter, clean the groove with air blower to remove dust, dirt etc., fill the cracks with Dr. Fixit PU sealant after necessary cleaning, post filling apply one coat of polyurethane coating over the sealant by sandwiching 45 gsm fiber mesh between sealant and PU coating, the width of PU coating shall be 100mm, applied all along the length of cracks complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for priming by providing, mixing and applying one coat of efflorescence resistant penetrating primer, Dr. Fixit Primer seal primer at a rate of 7.0 to 8.0 sq.mt / liter in the SSD condition, allow the primer to dry for 4 hrs, prior to application of Dr. Fixit Roof seal Ultra topcoat waterproof coating systems complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing and applying single component, GRIHA certified, water based eco-friendly high performance UV resistant elastomeric hybrid polyurethane Coating, Dr. Fixit Roof seal Ultra without dilution spreading at the rate of 0.70/litre/Sq.mt/Coat in 1st coat until all surface is covered. Lay a 45 GSM Fibre glass mesh as a reinforcing material which is incorporated in the coating when the first coat is still in wet condition. Allow the first coat to dry for approximately 4-6 hours before applying the 2nd coat at 90° to the first coat, ensure there are no pinholes or air bubbles on the membrane surface, apply second coat of Dr. Fixit Roof seal Ultra without dilution spreading at the rate of 0.70 litre / Sq.mt /Coat to achieve total dry film thickness of 850 to 1000 microns at forced coverage at the rate of 1.40 litre / Sq.mt in 2 coats, the coating shall be done on entire horizontal area, upstands,vertical parapet wall etc., this coating shall meet and exceed the ASTM D 6083 - 97a standard specification, attains a tensile strength of ≥ 4.00 N/mm2 with 45 GSM glass fibre mesh confirming to ASTM D 412; Elongation at break ≥300% and crack bridging ability up to 3 mm, Solar Reflectance Index as per ASTM E 1980 – 105, Water permeability @5 bar – Nil as per EN12390 - 8:2019. Air cures the coating for 7 days complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Cracks filling by opening non-structural hairline cracks in plaster surface up to 5mm width in “V” shape and fill with Dr. Fixit Crack-X Paste. Cracks more than 5mm and all separation gaps should be filled up with Dr. Fixit Crack-X Shrink free. Cracks more than 10 mm and all separation gaps should be filled up with Polymer modified mortar (PMM) mix with Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP 10% by weight of cement in the ratio of 1:3 curing etc. as per standard methodology, all joints between CC members and masonry / pipe penetration shall be racked out at least 10 mm deep, the gap shall be sealed by (PMM) polymer modified mortar admix with Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP 10 % by weight of cement in the ratio of 1:3.complete all as specified and as directed.

WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted on both faces of shutter and fixing with headed counter sunk ss screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs syphon kit as required for low level flushing cistern complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for apply two coats of bitumen based aluminium paint on roof complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PVC Edge band tape of approved brand and colour as specified by Engineer-in- Charge.

Material and labour for providing and carry out expansion joint treatment after proper surface preparation to remove loose mortars, dust, foreign particles from joints, fixing of tightly packed closed cell polyethylene based back up rod or filler board to ensure no gaps or voids exists, mask face edge of the joint using masking tape for neat finish, mixing of Dr. Fixit Tape Adhesive – Two part Epoxy Adhesive using slow speed drill till get homogeneous mix, apply it to prepared joint 1-2mm thick with notched trowel or putty blade, tooled to a smooth finish and finally fixing of Dr. Fixit Seal Tape– Flexible expansion joint membrane available in 1mm thickness and 150mm wide exhibiting superior mechanical properties like, Elongation >500%, Tensile Strength >12N/mm2, Tear Strength >200N above joint followed by another layer of epoxy adhesives Dr. Fixit Tape Adhesive as complete as per manufacturer’s specification, for joint over end laps, the overlaps surfaces must be clean, wiped and lapped with 100mm overlap, after application, the system should be allowed to cure for 7 days complete as specified by Engineer-in- Charge.

Material and labour for protecting the expansion joint system with Aluminium sheet of 1mm thick in a U shape fashion or as per the design or site condition, extending the same on both side horizontal section and vertical section, with riveting one side only as per the manufacturer instruction and as specified by Engineer-in- Charge.
