Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting, Boxes, CP, sheets etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc all as directed

Disconnecting/dismantling of old existing unserviceable DB's / metal sockets any way 240/415 Volts with their unserviceable.burnt MCB's all as directed.

Taking out unserviceable PVC insulated/sheathed sub main wiring aluminium conductor cable of size upto 6 Sqmm on wooden batten/PVC conduits, complete with battens/conduits and remove from site and make good disturbed surfaces of wall all as directed

M&L for surface point wiring with 1.5 Sq mm,FRLS, PVC insulated, single core, copper conductor cable, 1100 Volt grade, multi stranded in and including PVC Conduit / PVC Casing caping medium grade for one light/exhaust fan/Ceiling fan/call bell point controlled by one switch with and including continuous 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated single core copper conductor cable earth continuity conductor connected to common earth and earth dolly complete all as directed. Note : (i) The wiring shall be done in proper color coding using red,yellow,blue for phases, black for neutral and green for earth. (ii) The cost of making good the disturbed surfaces & matching to the original/existing surface is deemed to be included in the quoted rate

All as per item No.4 here in PVC Conduit / PVC casing caping medium grade but with 1.5 Sq mm cable for one socket outlet 5 Amps independent including continuous 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated single core copper conductor cable earth continuity conductor connected to common earth and earth dolly.

All as per item No.4 here in PVC Conduit / PVC casing caping medium grade but with 1.5 Sq mm cable for one socket outlet 5 Amps Same Board including continuous 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated single core copper conductor cable earth continuity conductor connected to common earth and earth dolly.

All as per item No.4 here in PVC Conduit / PVC casing caping medium grade but with 4 Sq mm cable for one socket outlet 15 Amps independent/AC Point/Metal Socket including continuous 4 Sqmm PVC insulated single core copper conductor cable earth continuity conductor connected to common earth and earth dolly.

All as per item No 4 here in before but with 2.5 Sq mm cable in PVC Conduit / PVC Casing Caping medium grade for one socket outlet 15 Amps independent including continuous 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated single core copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth and earth dolly all as directed

M & L for concealed point wiring with two single core 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS-H cable, 1100 volts grade, ISI marked with multi stranded copper conductor drawn through and including non-metallic PVC rigid conduit (medium grade) for light/Ceiling fan/Exhaust fan/call bell controlled by one switch with PVC Conuit pipe fittings and accessories ISI marked incl provision of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated, multistranded, unsheathed, copper conductor cable, FRLS, ISI marked as earth continuity conductor (green in colour) & incl fixing of modular metal flush boxes of appropriate size & thickness fixed flush to wall for mounting switch, sockets etc. with including cutting chases for conduits & sinkings for modular boxes & making good the disturbed surfaces, matching to the existing one etc. complete all as specified & as directed Note:- (i)Modular metal flush boxes and Cover plate shall be measured & paid separately.(ii)Cutting chases & making good the disturbed surfaces is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates.
