M & L 75mm thick cement concrete type C2 (1:3:6) using (40mmgraded aggr.) as in sub base complete all specified and directed

M&L for 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6) for laying floor finishes complete all specified and directed.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 300x300x25mm etc. set and jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor with grey cement and pigment all as directed.

M&L for Non - skid white Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed of CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

Dimolition of brick and stone masonry of any description in CM

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement.
