Fabrication and Errection of Sectional Double Pole Riser by ST Pole 11Mtr. Long for 33KV Line with proper grouting and concreting of pole and proper installation of required accessories as per RESPO norms with complete work in all respect. (all work in the scope of Contractor) Grouting of - In ratio of 1:4:8 in Cement, sand and Brick Ballast) in size 450mmx450mmx1800 mm and Construction of Plinth in size 450x450x300 mm of each (0.285 Cum) pole above the ground level (In ratio of 1:3:6 in Cement, sand and Brick Ballast) as per RESPO.

Drilling of dia 220 mm in bores for Single Curcuit by trenchless method by horizontal boring machine at a depth of 1.50 mtrs to 2.50 mtrs. (as per site requirement) below the ground level at Kaccha/Pakka Road/Road Crossing/as per site requirement with complete work in all respect as per RESPO.

Laying and interconnecting of above HDPE Pipe PE-80, PN-6, DN-160mm, 6" dia by HDD trenchless method for HOSTING OF 33 KV 3x300sq.mm XLPE cable with complete work in all respect.

Laying, Hosting and commissiong of 33 KV 3x300sqmm XLPE Cable Single Ckt. Cable in HDPE Pipe in HDD trenchless method with complete work in all respect.

Digging of pits of size 4 mtr x 4 mtr x 1.5 mtr for cable loop and making risers at double pole and re-filling of pits in proper manner with required material at kacha/pakka and hot mix road. (All Work and material in the scope of contractor)

Laying of 33KV 3x300 Sq.mm XLPE Cable in the air on cable Riser Double Pole, existing trench cable trench, G.I.Pipe and making connection complete at both ends. (15mtr each.)

Preparation, Making and Fixing of 33 KV Power Cable ends: Fixing and Making of 33 KV XLPE Heat shrinkable Indoor jointing kits suitable for 3x300sqmm XLPE Cable after duly plumbing and taping of cable, providing, fixing and crimping of proper size good quality lugs with complete connention in all respect.

Preparation, Making and Fixing of 33 KV Power Cable ends: Fixing and Making of 33 KV XLPE Heat shrinkable Striaght Through Box suitable for 3x300sqmm XLPE Cable after duly plumbing and taping of cable, providing, fixing and crimping of proper size good quality lugs with complete connention in all respect.

Laying, Sagging, Re-Sagging of ACSR Dog Conductor as per site requirement with complete work in all respect as per RESPO.

Fixing of 33KV Pin Insulator with Pin as per site requirement with complete work in all respect as per RESPO.

Fixing and Driving of MS earth rod of size 20x2500 mm in earth and jointing through G.I. wire of 6 SWG between support and earth electrode by providing proper size of bolts and nuts for pole earthing.

Fixing of MS Top Channel 125x65x3200mm as per site requirement with complete work in all respect as per RESPO.

Fixing of MS Dropper channel 100x50x2600mm as per site requirement with complete work in all respect as per RESPO.

Providing and Wrapping of barbed wire (2.0Kg per Pole) on 33KV ST Poles as anti-climbing device for a length of 0.9Mtr. Wire pitch/gap 13mm and fixing upper and lower end keeping lower end at a height of 2.75Mtr. from the ground, complete with providing and fixing of lower end & upper end clamps made of G.I.Flat 40x5mm complete with nuts&bolts.

SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF 33KV RMU AS PER FOLLOWING ;

SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND PROPER COMMISSIONING OF 33KV, 630 Amps. & extensible, outdoor duty (02In- 1Out) fully motorised and manually operated Ring main unit (2 LBS+1VCB/SF6) consisting of copper busbar in SF6/AIR insulated. RMU should be type tested for internal arc of 25 KA for 1 Sec. for Gas tank, Ingress protection (outdoor) IP54 and cable chamber with AFLR classification and gas to be from rear bottom of the switchgear away from the operator to ensure safety of the operating personnel. Suitable CT with microprocessor based numerical over current relay (IDMTL + Inst.) for Protection to be provided with VCB Feeder with right angle boot for termination Kits Or similar technology. Hermitically sealed stainless steel switching chamber. All the necessary wirings and Dummy panel /space for FRTU to be given along with RMU for future compatibale easy integration with SCADA networks. (Supply of FRTU is not in scope) Aux. PT, Battery, Charger etc. for Motorised operation by remote control. Circuit Breaker protection using a wide range of self-powered and auxiliary relays. Accessible cable Earth & Test Facility at the front of the unit. The scope is including Plinth and Angle iron Stand as per OEM design complete in all rescept as per the direction of Engineer incharge. Complete RMU and its accessories. ( Makes: ABB / Siemens / Eaton / Schneider/Lucy/any other make approved in UPPCL) FOR CONSUMER END with complete connections in all respect.

PROVIDING AND INSTALLATION OF CHEMICAL EARTHING FOR ABOVE RMUs (WITH ALL MATERIAL AND LABOUR) AFTER INSTALLATION RESISTANCE SHOULD BE LESS THAN ONE OHM. AS PER FOLLOWING (The all material and labour shall be provided by the contractor with 12 month guarantee for resistance value less than one OHM.)

Providing of earth elctrode for chemical earthing Pipe in pipe type proper hot deep galvanization dia 50 mm length 3 mtr - 32mm x 6mm terminal connection hole dia 8mm The cavity between the pipe & pipe is filled with conductive mixture - for hermetically filling inside the cavity i.e. between secondary conductor & primary conductor, crystalline compound is to be injected in the electrode assembly. It is a combination of high conductivity metal alloys, copper & aluminum power, conductive carbon / cement and bonding material etc the electrode should be sealed from both the ends. The outer pipe of the elctrode should be galavanized the characteristics of this compound is highly cnductive, non magnetic & non corrosive in G.I. Including providing of backfill compound each elctrode should be supplied with bags of 25 kg x 2 bfc compound (ground resistance enhancement powder 50 kgs each CPRI tested for RMUsF installed at site.

Providing and fixing of GI strip of size 32 mm x 6 mm suitable for RMUs installed at Above 33/11 KV Substation .

Providing and fixing of PVC Pit covers for above earthing electrode terminals.

FIXING AND CONNECTION OF ABOVE RMU BY 33KV HT 3X300SQMM CABLE AS PER SITE REQUIREMENT WITH COMPLETE CONNECTIONS IN ALL RESPECT.
