Taking up or down 15mm dia steel tubing and connections and fittings, including cleaning for refixing or removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20mm dia steel tubing and connections and fittings, including cleaning for refixing or removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description, on brick or stone or PCC block masonry walls/ceiling etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and including removing debris/rubbish from the premises upto 500m outside the MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in any position/height not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and including removing debris/rubbish from the premises upto 500m outside the MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of damaged APP modified water proofing membrane and cleaning the surface by wire brush and washing down by water and keeping surfaces clean including removing the damaged materials/debris from the premises upto 500m from the MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Relaying/refixing of old steel tubing 15mm bore including connections in new or old position including cleaning, necessary cutting, threading with necessary fittings like tees, elbows, sockets, reducers, bends etc compete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised steel tubing 15mm bore (ISI) marked medium grade with necessary fittings lie tees, elbows, sockets, reducers, bends etc including necessary cutting, threading laid in trenches/floors, fixed to walls(concealed) etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised steel tubing 20mm bore (ISI) marked medium grade with necessary fittings lie tees, elbows, sockets, reducers, bends etc including necessary cutting, threading laid in trenches/floors, fixed to walls(concealed) etc complete all as specified and directed. Note for items 06 to 09:- Cost of cutting/forming chases in brick/block/stone masonry wherever required at site for fixing of GI steel tubes and making good in cement mortar 1:3 after laying shall be deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates of respective items.

S&F in repair 500 litres capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top), Tripple layered, ISI marked, hoisted & fixed in position & making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet & over flow pipe & provision of wash out pipe etc. including 20mm dia ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 1000 litres capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top), Tripple layered, ISI marked, hoisted & fixed in position & making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet & over flow pipe & provision of wash out pipe etc. including 20mm dia ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for disconnecting upto 1000Litre capacity existing water storage tanks on roof at any level, setting aside ( or lowering if required ) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in same position after throughly cleaning/repair, etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Cost of cleaning/repair, fitting and fixtures if required shall be deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate of this item.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in platforms of water tanks on roof or similar works, etc. complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for plain cemen t concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in Roof padding on roof for correction of slope, levelling coarse or similar works, etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on stone/concrete block masony/brick masonry other than fair faces of brick or concrete wall finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick cement screed in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water profing compound @3% by weight of cement finished even and smooth without using extra cement over cleaned roof surface, as in grading to RCC roof surface, etc. complete all as specified and directed Note for Item 14 to 17:- (i) Coarse Aggregate for concrete works shall be of Barmer black stone aggrgate source only used. (ii) Fine aggregates(sand) shall be of sindhari river sand source only used. (iii) Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for polymer mortar by adding bonding agent (SBR) reparing of slab, parapet wall junction, cracks and other large blowholes by open in "V" shapes and filling by polymer mortar followed by fibre mash tape with SBR in conjuction with cement after preparation of the surface free from oil, laitence, grease, wax, dirt or any other foreign materials complete all as specified and directed. Make: CICO LATEX SBR/FOSROC/BASF/MYK ARMENT.

M&L for applying evenly one coat of binding material using blown type bitumen confirming to IS-702 grade 85/25 @ 1.20Kg over one coat of cold bituminous oil based primer (IS-3384) as approved @ 250Gram/sqm over plastered surfaces including cleaning and preparation of surefaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 kg/ sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non woven fabric ( wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of roof treatment surfaces and applying two coats of aluminium paint over roof slab complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface on any description and applying two coats of 1st quality, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior emulsion paint (weather coat) of approved colour over one coat of primer as in different tint/ camouflage pattern at any height of the building/structure complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers having Sun reflecivity index (SRI) upto 105 on top of concrete roof in three coats @ 10.76 Ltr/10Sqm one coat of self priming of elastomeric water proofing liquid ( dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric water proofing liquid 500microns) after cleaning the surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Make:- CICO Thermoseal XL or equivalent in MYK Arment, BASF, FOSROC.
