Impregnation to 02 Nos HT Motor at HT Station Sitlee under JMC Capex (New Works) 2026-27.

Impregnation to 02 nos. 500KW/670 HP HT motor unit 01 and 03 at HT pump house Sitlee. The job includes disconnecting of all the electric connections of the motors, dismantling the coupling pulleys of the pumps and motors, demounting motors from the base frames, loading the dismantled motors in to the mechanical transport and carriage to the workshop for repairs. Dismantling of side covers of motors of drive end (DE) and non drive end (NDE). Extracting out the rotors from the stators, damaged bearings from the rotor shaft with the help of cutter/ puller and other tools and tackles. Repair to the bearing housing DE and NDE by way of fabrication and fitting of bearing housing sleeves. Complete impregnation of HT Motors by way of cleaning of stators and rotors and using high air pressure to remove carbon dirt and dust from the stator/ Rotor strips. Cleaning the Stator/ Rotor strips slots with CRC-226 spray and cleaning the others parts of motors such as side covers and bearing cover plates for any dirt and dust. The Stators and Rotors shall be impregnated with a class H varnish with VPI technique & then finally coated with Red Becktol. Providing and fitting of bearings NU-224M, 6224 C3 at DE and NU-222M at NDE and fitting of bearing housings after greasing the same properly. Repair/replacement of the worn out slip ring assembly. Assembling of motors by way of fitting the rotors in to the motors and fitting the dismantled side covers of the motors. Providing and fitting of carbon brushes along with carbon brush bracket/Holder. Carriage of the motors to the site of work. Fabrication and Fitting of coupling pulley sets along with coupling bolts and rubber bushes. Aligning of motors and pumps properly. Remaking of all the disconnected electric connections and testing on full load. The job includes cost of material, labour charges and carriage charges to & fro. Rebate on old parts to be quoted separately. Complete job
