Preparing the Existing surface to laying the road to Proper Gradient and remove the loose soil without damage the Water Supply Pipes. The Rate inclusive of all charges such as Earth work and remove the same 2Km away from the site etc, complete as per standard specifications. (Road 23-24,p-15)

Advance Patch work 13.20mm Providing Advancve Patch work using 50mm consolidated Thickness by using 1m3 of 13.20mm IRC Metal with 44kg of Bittumen per 1m3 of Metal For Pre Mixing For existing surface advance Patch work including cost and conveyance of materials to the work site and stacking them to the departmental metric guage for the pre measurement, heating the bitumen in bitumen boiler, heating the aggregate sand mixing them with bitumen in mini hot mix plant for premixcarpet only rolling by 60-70KN power roller for premixcarpet and seal coat seperately including labour charges for spreading the mix for premixcarpet application of bitumen for seal coat over premixcarpet, including labour charges for spreading seal coat seperately over premixcarpet etc. including higher charges and fuel charges for, bitumen boiler and all other tools and plant employed etc. complete as per of MoRTH Rev - V Specifications

Providing and laying tack coat of 2 kgs/10 sqm over the BT surface treated with binder using 2 kgs of bituminous Emulsion for 10 square meter area including cost of bituminous binder, including labour charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as tack coat manually etc., complete as per 503 of MORTH Rev V Specifications

Providing laying Bituminous Concrete to 30mm/40mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm 0.17cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26cum of 2.36 and below with 50.30kgs of VG 30/VG40bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, 10sqm including cost adn coveyance of all materials to CMP site heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site spreading the mix to uniform thickness 40mm with mechanic paver to the specified grades and cross section and consolidated by 8-10 ton vibratory / Pneumatic roller to the required density etc inclluding labour attaending to Paver to site etc. including hire charges for 20-30 CMP with bitument bitumen Boiler tipper truck, Paver finisher / 9m Paver finsiher vibratory / Pneumatic rooler and all other tools and plant required including fuel all other incidential charges etc complete as per Specification using CMP as Per clause 507 of MORTH Rev5
