Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar ficings, dressed stone work and pre-cast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6 M mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified & directed

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any discription on brick or stone walls/ ceilings etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 to 12mm thick smart care ready mix repair plaster with high quality polymer additives and well graded sand and fillers which can be used for plastering (as per manufacturer instructions) over interior surface of wall complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 15 mm smart care ready mix repair plaster is specially designed ready to use cement-based plaster with high quality polymer additives and well graded sand and fillers which can be used for plastering (as per manufacturer instructions) over exterior wall surface complete all as specified and directed Upto 24 Mtr incl water tank

M & L for 5 mm thick smart care ready mix repair plaster with high quality polymer additives and well graded sand and fillers which can be used for plastering (as per manufacturer instructions) over ceiling surface complete all as specified and directed Upto 24 Mtr incl water tank

Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings .complete all as specified (Paymentfor providing grooves shall be made separately).

Forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge
