REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF INTERNAL WIRING, GEYSER, FANS, EXHAUST FANS AND OTHER CONNECTED ITEMS AT AF STATION MULLANPUR UNDER AGE (I) HIGHGROUND

Taking down carefully with battens/ PVC surface/ concealed conduit unserviceable copper/ aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket) complete including fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, socket etc. and removing unserviceable material from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring with two single core multi stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS colour code cable of 1100 volts grade drawn through and including non metalic rigid PVC conduit medium duty of suitable size not less than 20 mm dia with all standard fittings such as Tee junction, bends etc, concealed in wall/fixed on ceiling including M.S. sunken boxes of suitable size made of 1.6mm thick MS sheet duly painted with anticorrosive paint, for housing switches, fan regulators etc. with PVC cover sheet 3mm thick including 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS colour code cable of 1100volts grade for earth continuity, as for one light/exhaust fan or fan point (through regulator), controlled by one switch, complete all as specified and directed. Note(s) : (i) Rate quoted shall be deemed to include the cutting chases for concealing conduit and making good in cement mortar (1:4) or PCC (1:2:4) as required and finishing as per existing finishes. (ii) Switches and fan regulator etc., shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and Labour for Point wiring PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable using two single core 1.5 Sq.mm (nominal area) in the existing conduit medium grade including fittings and accessories, one run of continuous single core copper cable of 1.5 Sq. mm connecting to common earth dolly, using the existing pressed steel terminal box, provision of 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover for mounting of switches sockets fan regulators etc. & making good to disturbed surface area for the one light/ fan point controlled by one single pole, one way switch complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The quoted rates includes the cutting chasis for conduit and sunken boxes.
