Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material upto 1000 m lead within Airport premises as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. - In cement mortar

Dismantling and taking away doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. including disposal of unserviceable surplus material as directed by Engineer-in-charge - Of area 3 sq. metres and below

Dismantling stone slab flooring /granite/marble laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 1000 metres lead of Airport premises.

Dismantling tile work in floors and walls laid in cement mortar including stacking material upto 1000 m lead within Airport premises. (For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm )

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Dismantling W.C. Pan, Urinals, Wash basins of all sizes including disposal of dismantled materials within Airport premises i/c malba all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make Kajaria/Somani/Grancier/Donato or equivalent, in all colours & shade, in walls, skirting, dado, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete. Size of tile ranging from 500x500 mm - 1200x1200 mm

Cement Plaster in fine sand. 12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand Nerolac/Asian Paints or equivalent, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. - Two coats

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing of edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. Providing and fixing toilet cubicles of Merino Besco (Titan series), Greenlam Sturdo (Classique's Evergreen series) or equivalent, made of heat, bacteria, water, chemical, scratch, impact, anti-bacterial resistant 12 mm thick solid compact laminate panel board which includes doors, pilasters and intermediate panels finished with approved texture/shade as per the delailed drawings and as per IS 2046 (Indian Standards) and fire retardant BS-476/97 standards. This also includes providing and fixing in position necessary hardwares made out of SS (grade 304) as per manufacturer's specification and Engineer-in-Charge instructions like - (i) Door Knobs, (ii) Gravity Hinges, (iii) Thumb turn lockset with Occupancy indicators, (iv) Coat hooks with door stopper (v) U/F- channel, (vi) AdjusTaple foot/pedestal, (vii) Top rail with corner connector, (viii) Rubber noise deafening tape, (ix) Screws and wall plugs etc. The top fitting should consist of SS rectangular top rail which will get fixed with pilasters with SS panel tube holder, SS corner bend (connected with top rail) will be used on the corner of cubicle in absence of brick wall, SS wall fixing is used only on the wall which will hold the SS top rail. All screws shall be of 304 grade in Stainless steel with satin finish. All pilasters are supported by stainless steel bottom cladding. The base of the stainless steel bottom clading will be anchored to the door with a clearance height upto 150 mm.
