Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm (in two layers 10mm+5mm) thick plaster in CM (1:4) on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick plaster in CM (1:3) on faces of brick work or concrete on surfaces of ceiling, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Pidilite/Sika/Super Aquacem (India) Ltd

Supply only chicken wire mesh 22 gauge of size not less than 20X20mm all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Make : Swastik or equivalent as approved

M&L for preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling, and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of surfaces including crack filling with Smart Care textured crack filler, removing unnecessary nails and applying 02 coats of exterior emulsion paint (light shade) @ 4.65 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller to external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc surfaces over & including a coat of exterior wall primer @ 1litre for 8.35 sqm for one coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of exterior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed. Make of Exterior Wall Primer : Asian / Berger / Nerolac [Best Quality]. Make of Exterior Emulsion : Asian (APEX SUPREMA) / Berger (WEATHER COAT ANTI DUST) / Nerolac (EXCEL TOTAL) .

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and as as directed.

M&L for cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 22mm thick, machine pressed, with grey cement and no pigment set, jointed and pointed in net cement slurry in floors, and cut and polished over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully existing unserviceable bitumen felt/ APP membrane (any number of layers) including plaster of any thickness etc and removing of the rubbish to a distance not exceeding 500m from the building and depositing where directed .

M&L for rendering/screed bed 10mm thick CM (1:4) on roof slab top, mixed with water proofing liquid finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note: Water Proofing liquid shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for providing plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) for filleting, benching,coving of chajjah top/junctions,padding concrete below roof treatment etc slightly rounded or chamfered on edges wherever required including necessary form work/moulds etc including applying cement slurry on surface area @2.50 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for cleaning the newly plastered surfaces of roof, chajjas, wall etc with wire brushes and applying water proofing treatment as under :- i) Apply one coat of oil based bituminous primer @ 0.25 kg/Sqm. ii) Providing and laying 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester mat weighing not less than 160gm/Sqm all as specified procured from any one of the approved manufacturer's. iii) Apply one coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.15 Kg/Sqm over membrane over non assesible roof surfaces complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and directed .

M&L for cleaning the newly plastered surfaces of roof, chajjas, wall etc with wire brushes and applying water proofing treatment as under :- i) Apply one coat of oil based bituminous primer @ 0.25 kg/Sqm. ii) Providing and laying 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester mat weighing not less than 160gm/Sqm all as specified procured from any one of the approved manufacturer's.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams staircases, landing, chajjas, and similar suspended work.

M & L for RCC (nominal mix) Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) in chajjas.

Use & waste Formwork to chullah hoods, chajjas, troughs and similar items including edges, flat rough finished surfaces of concrete

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips

All as per item No. 19 above but 6mm to 8mm dia.

Dismantling of water tanks (RCC hume Pipe/PVC) including disconnecting all connections etc. complete for following capacity of tanks .

S&F new rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (cylindrical/vertical with closte top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I including providing and fixing ball brass valve high pressure with polythene float and fly nut, 20mm bore complete for following capacity of tanks :-

Fixing only PVC water tank of 500 litres capacity

All as per Sl Item No. 23 above but water tank of 1000 litres capacity.

Taking up or down 15mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of surface by cleaning to remove loose particles, dust, latance etc, cutting grooves again remove loose particles, dust, latance etc properly, filling cracks/damaged portions/hollow areas/gaps of RCC and masonary upto 15mm to 20mm widhth and 10mm to 15mm deep by using polymer modified cement mortars and making good surface like existing painted surface with the help of cement mortar and paint, all as directed and as per manufacturers instructions. Make : M/s Asian Paint/ M/s Pidilite Industries Ltd/ STP Ltd.

M&L for prepration of preparation of New/old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls/chajjas by cleaning to remove loose particles, dust, latance etc., Filling of holes/Cracks with CNS filler material. Applying one priming coat of SMART CARE DAMP PROOF with thinner at the rate of 0.40 Ltr/Sqm (0.20Ltr Smart Damp Proof : 0.20Ltr Water). Applying second coat of SMART CARE DAMP PROOF after 05 to 06 Hrs at the rate of 0.40 Ltr/Sqm, and apply the third coat after 6 to 8 Hrs once the second coat is dry at the rate of 0.40 Ltr/Sqm all as directed and as per manufacturers instructions. Make : M/s Asian Paint/ Pidilite Industries Ltd/ STP Ltd./Choksey. Note : Cracks filler, Priming Coat and Damp Proofing coat used shall be of same Make/ Manufacturer.

Note: Amount of sch of credit of Rs.7769.60/-will be deducted from total amount of BOQ.
