M&L Earthing with Galvanised Earth Plate Electrode 600x600x6.0mm thick burried directly in Ground (Earth Pit not less than 2.25 Metre below Ground Level) with Top edge of the Plate not less than 1.50 Metre below Ground Level, connected with and including Galvanised Earth Strip of size 32x6.0mm by means of Bolts, Nuts, Check nuts and Washers of GI or Steel and connected Earthing Testing Point/Bus-bar with GI 40mm bore (dia) Light grade Protection Pipe, Earth Plate surrounded by a packed thickness of Char Coal or Coke Dust mixed with Common Salt in alternate layers of not exc. 150mm thick, PCC Pit in Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate) and Pre-cast RCC Cover Slab of size 350x350x50mm in Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate), reinforced with 10mm dia TMT Bars @ 100mm Centre to Centre in both ways, GI Wire Mesh, PGI Funnel with GI Watering Pipe 20mm bore (dia) Medium grade including necessary Excavation in Soft/Loose Soil, Returning, Filling in and Removal of surplus Spoil upto a distance of 50.00 Metre and all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I and Testing on Completion including Taking Taking down/out Unserviceable Earthing of any description, complete all as per specified and as directed.

M&L Repairs/Maint & Servicing of DG Set 30 KVA capacity of MAKE : KIRLOSKAR, complete all as specified and as directed comprising with the following Works (a) Replacement of all Filters, Lubricating Oil. (b) Checking of Belt Tension, Battery Connections and Topping up Distilled Water (if required), External Bolts and Nuts and its Tightening, Safety Units and its Electrical Connections, Alternator Cable Connections, Engine Control Wirings. (c) Carry out necessary Tappet Clearance, if required. (d) Cleaning of Fuel Lines, Inlet Air Lines and Exhaust Liner Radiator Fins. (e) Check functioning of Changing Alternator. (f) Engine Safety viz. High Water Temperature Gauge, Oil Pressure Gauge, Oil Temperature Gauge and High Speed Gauge shall be checked for their functions and repaired/replaced if required. (g) Coolant Level and Conditioning of Coolant shall be checked and refilled if required. (h) The Governor shall be Checked and Tuned for Proper Functioning. (j) Check for Leaks if any and shall be rectified. (k) The Engine shall be Run on NO LOAD or at AVAILABLE LOAD, Check any Leakage and Abnormal Noise. If any such abnormality Noticed the same shall be Diagnosed and Remedial Action shall be taken to removed the casues. NOTE : All Spares and Consumable Items such as Distilled Water, Lube Oil, Grease, Filters and Other Spare Parts (Quantitites mentioned here-in-after are Provisional only) are will be Measured & Paid as 'Supply only' under appropriate Items.

Supply only Air Filter Assembly (as per existing/ as approved) suitable for DG Set 30 KVA capacity, complete all as specified and as directed.
