Following works are required to be carried out in Administrative Camp and Camp Office on rental basis in Magh Mela-2021-22

Leveling of earth by J.C.B. Machine and then earth filling by Ganga Sand to make the surface plain.

Providing and spreading of red morum upto a thickness of 3 cms in approach roads of VIP, lawn and parking area of VIP/Camp office.

Hanging of decorative electrical fittings/LED lights inside of V.I.P. Camp, at Darbari, conference hall and dining hall on rental basis including maintenance during complete Mela period.

Providing and fixing decorative spot light in conference/dining room situated in VIP Camp.

Providing green leaf plant Gamla on rental basis at VIP camp.

Brick barricading singhara with Ist class bricks and painting alternatively with Geru and Lime at VIP camp.

Making floor of toilet by providing ceramic tiles of size 8”x12” and providing 8” scarting on all 4 side of wall of toilet & bathroom above the ground level.

Providing and fixing commod with complete system assembly and making all necessary connection of toilet for smooth flow of water etc.

Providing umbrella in the lawn situated in Darbari camps at VIP on rental basis.

Providing and fixing colored flags in the front side of VIP Camp.

Providing and fixing of Globe light in the passage and parking area of VIP/Camp office.
