M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including removal of old wall paper by vaccum based sanding machine all as specified, removal of nails etc and filling cracks/ hole by applying wall care putty (multipurpose mixer shall be used for uniform and proper mixing of putty) and applying one coat oil emulsion distemper white or colured by smart periodical methodology/ auto roller, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of plastered or unplastered decorated surfaces on ceiling by vaccum based sanding machine all as specified, removal of nails etc and filling cracks/ hole by applying wall care putty (multipurpose mixer shall be used for uniform and proper mixing of putty) and applying one coat oil bound distemper white or colured by smart periodical methodology/ auto roller, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for comlpete removal of existing treatment from old decorated plastered surfaces of walls including removal of old wall paper by vaccum based sanding machine complete all as specified, removal of nails etc and filling cracks/ hole with putty, applying wall care putty upto 1 mm thick as required (multipurpose mixer shall be used for uniform adn proper mixing of putty) and applying two coats of oil bound distemper white or coloured over a coat of approved primer by using smart periodical methodology/ auto roller, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for for preparation of old plastered or unplastered decoracted surfaces of wall including removal of old wall paper, pillasters, cornices etc and applying one coat of exterior emulsion all weather paint 100% acrilic smooth exterior paint @ 0.90 Ltr/ 10 Sqm, coloured as approved by GE, including filling all the holes and making uniform smooth surface at any height by using smart periodical methodology/ auto roller, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from old decorated plasterred surfaces of walls including removal of old wall paper by vaccum based sanding machine complete all as specified, removal of nails etc and filling cracks/ hole with applying wall care putty upto 1 mm thick as required (multipurpose mixer shall be used for uniform and proper mixing of putty) and applying two coats of exterior emulsion all weather paint 100% acrilic smooth exterior paint @ 1.67 Ltr/ 10 Sqm, colour as approved by GE, over & including a coat of approved primer by using smart periodical methodology/ auto roller, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered decoracted surfaces of wall including removal of old wall paper, pillasters, cornices etc and applying one coat of plastic emulsion paint, coloured as approved by GE, including filling all the holes/ cracks with wall care putty upto 1 mm thick as required and making uniform smooth surface at any height by using smart periodical methodology/ auto roller, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
