Taking down carefully aluminum/copper point wiring (light fan socket or power) complete with fitting such as switches, tube lights, ceiling rose, pendants, regulators, MCB DB, MCB'S, Main switch from control board and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floor to match with existing specification complete and all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring with FRLS PVC insulated fire retardant stranded copper conductor cable of 1.5 sqmm in FRLS PVC concealed conduit heavy duty and pressed steel terminal boxes (for mounting switches /sockets/ regulators/ceiling roses etc ) made of not less than 16 gauge MS sheet and 6cm depth covered with 3mm thick laminated bakelite sheet fitted with brass screw and washers and drawing 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated fire retardant stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity wire in green colour connected to common earth and each terminal box/fitting all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.( In ceiling Portion surface conduit wiring shall be carried out.) If any breakdowns/ complaints simultaneously occured in any areas shall be attended simultaneously by deputing additional manpower/ T&P for rectification of defects.The rate quoted deemed to be included for the same. Recovery for non attending of any type rectification/complaint/breakdowns shall be at the rate of Rs 2500 per day irrespective nature of complaint/defect.

Supply and fix in repair Aluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete with saddles and insulators made out of porcelain and fixing screws for roof conductor/down conductor including nut bolts& washers drilling and riveting for joints of suitable size as required at site all as specified and directed by Engr -in- Charge. Note :- Porcelain insulators are to be fixed at an interval of not more than 75 cm

Supply and fixing in repair air termination single pointed copper rod 12mm dia 12mm dia and 300 mm long for fixing on GI pipe medium grade 40mm dia pipe duly making suitable fixing arrangement of one end of air termination rod all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. Note: GI pipe required will measured and paid separately.

M&L for plain Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, (Using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in foundation block for fixing GI pipe for installation of air termination rod etc. complete all as specified Note:- Unit rates includes for provn of form work for rough finished surfaces and finishing the exposed surfaces with 5 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 all specified.

Cutting the tarmac / hard standings and excavating in trenches across the road for laying cable including making good the excavated portion by means of PCC 1:3:6, type C1 matching with the surroundings all as directed.

Supply & Fixing in repair GI pipe medium grade 40 mm dia for fixing Aluminium strip 25x3.15 mm on roof for lightening protection duly drilling 2 Nos holes on Aluminum strip and GI pipe on one end and fixing with screws/suitable size of bolts & nuts complete all as specified. Note: GI Strip required will measured and paid separately.

Supply and lay 40mm GI tubes light grade galvanised with all fittings laid in trenches etc for protection of cable, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screws including provision of 30 cmx25cmx8cm sheet metal box made out of 3.15 m thick CRCA sheet with front hinged door shutter & locking arrangement and duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour earthing with steel earth plate electrode of size 60x60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr deep below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip of size 32x6mm as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts and washers of steel after welding of GI strip to earth electrode to the full length of earth plate, 20mm dia GI light grade watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, RCC pit cover of size 300x300x40mm reinforced with XPM having weight not less than 4Kg/sqmm including 6mm thick MS bar handle made to shape, PCC pit with 1:3:6 type C1 with angle iron frame made of angle iron of size 40x40x4mm, adequate qty of charcoal dust and salt layers all around the earth plate, excavation , earth work in any type of soil, removal of excavated soil and returning filling in all as required at site complete all as specified in plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.NOTE :-Rates inclusive of necessary excavation in any type of soil, earth work, PCC pit, RCC cover, funnel with watering pipe, GI earth strip upto 7.5 m long for connecting to test point etc. all as required at site for complete earthing). and dismantling old defective earthpit.
