SOPD_ODS_23_24_125 Improvement of Tea Garden Road at (i) Keyhang T.E. (Hatitupa Line) Road, (ii) Itakhuli T.E. (Purna line) Road under SOPD-ODS (Tea Garden Road) for the year 2023-24

Amount

(i) Keyhang T.E. (Hatitupa Line) Road Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation,grass,bushes,shurbs,saplingsincluding girth upto 300mm removal of stumps of such trees disposal of unserviciable materials and stacking of serviciable materials to be used or auctioned upto a lead of 1000 m including disposal and removal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm it thickness as per technical spacifications clause 201.

Construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all lifts upto 1.50 and lead, transporting to site, sperading , grading to required slope and compecting to meet requirement of table 300-1 and 300.20 with a lead upto 1000 m as per technical specification clause 301.50

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1. .

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density,complete as per cl. 401( with an initial lead of 5 Km.)( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. Providing and laying interlocking concrete block pavement(M40) having thickness 80mm as per technical specification clause 1504(inclusive of Edge restraint and carriage)

H.P. Culvert Earthwork in excavation for foundation of structures upto 3 m depth as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1104 includding setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material.

Plain Cement Concrete M10 (1:3:6 nominal mix) in levelling course below open foundation of Head walls as per drawings & Technical Specification Clause 1109

Bedding of pipe Type B (First Class) Bedding Laying (First Class) bedding on well compacted sand, moorum or approved granular material as per Clause 1105 (ii) Granular Material

Brik masonry work in cement mortar in foundation of wall complete excl. pointing and plastering as per drawing and technical specification clause 1100(in prop. 1:4)
