Supply , replacement and topping up transformer oil EHV grade as per IS 335 of 1993 Part II having die electric strength of not less than 40 KV in the transformer of capacity 1 MVA at complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge.

M&L for taking shut down, disconnecting incoming, out going cables, control cables from 11 KV & 36KV VCB of capacity 630A & 250A respectively Amps out door type ,servicing/overhauling , replacement of unserviceable parts, greasing of revolving assembly in VCB chamber, caliberation of relays including decorbonising the VCB panel and serviceability check from remote operation complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Note: - (i) : Spare parts/components required for replacement of above shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Unit rate quoted against this item shall also include labour required for fixing of replaced items. (iii) For item No. 3 to 16 fixing charge of items are considered under this item.

Repair of transformer of capacity 1 MVA ,33kV/11kV outdoor type step down transformer following works :- (a) Draining out of existing traformer oil (b) Lifting of core and and winding assembly complete from in side the transformer after un screwing all nuts bolts washers and cleaning old / used insulating oil (c) Dismantling damaged laminated sheet replace dameged with new,wraping insulating paper over primary and secondary coil (d) Necessary rewinding of primary coil and secondery coil with existing/new copper wire and reinsulate with 3 layer paper insulation with machine wrapping over the winding strips suitable for HV & LV coils complete (e) Repair / replacement of all other minior parts if found un servicable worn out during repair entire satisfication of Engr in charge in Note :The replaced items shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only in schedule (ii) Unit rate quated againist this item shall also include labour charge required for fixing or replace items

Supply only Insulating paper for wrapping over primary and secondary coil complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only new Copper winding strips/wire for transformer complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Changing all gaskets ,heating and Reassebling the the Transformer after re-winding/tightening of transformer core, tightening/replaceing of bushing/studs, oil seal etc. both primary and secoundary, fixing top cover conservator tank, breather,top cover gasket etc complete, transformer transporting to its location installing testing and commissioning up to the entire satisfication of Engr in charge in

M&L for disconnecting control cables from 110V/15A float cum boost battery charger in door type ,servicing/overhauling , replacement of unserviceable parts,complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Note: - (i) : Spare parts/components required for replacement of above luminaries shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Unit rate quoted against this item shall also be deemed to include for labour required for fixing of spares/power component parts. (iii) For item No. 50 to 53 fixing charge of items are considered in item no.49.
