Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables, etc. (not exceeding 1.5m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5m including getting out excavated earth as directed by Engineer-in-charge, including all leads and lift. a) All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: a) 1:5:10 (1 cement:5 coarse sand:10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) (including all leads and lifts carriages of material by MT/HL)

Providing and laying cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: a) 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 coarse sand:6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) (including all leads and lifts carriages of material by MT/HL)

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutment, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, strings or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchors blocks, plain window sills, fillet etc. upto floor V level, including curing but excluding the cost of centring ,shuttering and finishing with: a) 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 coarse sand:6 graded tone aggregate 20mm nominal size) (including all leads and lifts carriages of material by MT/HL)

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc.and removal of form work for :

a) Foundation, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

b) Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Raking out joints in lime or cement mortar and preparing the surface for re-pointing or re-plastering, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead.

Finishing with epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface etc complete. a) On concrete work.

Applying priming coat with ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanized iron / steel work.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. a) Two or more coat on new work

Providing and laying damp proof course 40mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand:4 graded stone agg. 12.5mm nominal size and curing complete.(including all leads and lifts carriages of material by MT/HL)

Carriage of the following materials by Mechanical Transport from source to site of work incl. loading, unloading and stacking complete :- a) Sand from Billawar crusher for an average lead of 11.00 Km. by M.T. b) Stone aggregate 40mm nominal size & above from Billawar crusher for an average lead of 11.00 Km. by M.T. c) Stone aggregate (Crusher bajree) below 20mm nominal size from Billawar crusher for an average lead of 11.00 Km. by M.T.
