Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Deployment of EA for cleaning/sweeping of basement by manual means i/c sweeping of waste water lying/flowing due to leakage in basement (providing with brooms with bamboo handle/ telescopic wiper, gloves, gum-boots, mask, gloves etc) all complete upto entire satisfaction & direction of Engineer-in-charge. Waster watter to be swept upto sump-pit. Any challan from MCD, NGT or any other department on account of not cleaning/mosquito breeding shall be borne by the agency. Conditions:- 1 . Cleaning and Sweeping of 8 nos. of basement of all 4 groups in Mega Housing behind D-6, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. 2. The execution of cleaning and sweeping work shall be carried out by suitable EA with proper uniform and hygiene specialized in mechanized/manual equipment's operation. Register for satisfactory execution of work shall be maintained. 3 . The cleaning and sweeping works are to be carried out as per self assessment and in such a manner that all areas always look neat and hygenic. 4 . All the consumables and disposables required for cleaning and sweeping are to be produced by the contractor. 5. In case the specified areas are not swept and cleaned to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge a token of penalty of Rs.5000/- (Five Thousand rupees only) per day for each basement shall be imposed and deducted from the contractor's bill. 6 . The contractor shall be responsible to maintain all property and equipment of the department entrusted to him. Any damage or loss caused by contractor's person to the department in whatever shape would be recovered from the contractor. 7. Minimum 8 nos. of Environmental Assistant to be deployed at site daily. 8. The agency must quote the rates of item as per minimum wages act G.O.I/GNCTD which ever is more plus GST in case of labour/manpower. Failing to meet this requirement, the bid would not be considered and will be rejected out. 9. Wages dues to every EA shall be paid on compliance of minimum wages for each category as notified time to time by G.O.I/GNCTD which ever is more. The same will be paid directly by contractor to the every EA through net banking/NEFT/online mode of payment and submit the receipt of the same to the Engineer-in-charge. 10. Any challan from MCD, NGT or any other department on account of not cleaning/mosquito breeding shall be borne by the agency. 11 . Entire area shall be swept/cleaned on daily basis including all sundays and holidays.
