Cutting holes in brick walls exc one brick but not exc two brick built in cement mortor or cement lime mortor and stone walls built in lime mortor for inserting hold fasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel of any description, over 10cm in width or girth and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cover hood of existing rolling shutters (gear operated/ manually size any type ) carefully and completely over hauling the shutters by applying grease and oil in bearing, springs, guide cannels, operating rods, shaft gear boxes, gear wheel etc straightening thoroughly shutter blades, guide channels anchoring rods etc and fixing back the over hood in position and ensure smooth functioning of shutters complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note : worn out part for replacement will be measured and paid separately.)

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with screws complete all as speified and directed

M&L for 12mm thick seamless Gypsum board ceiling section with 25mm long self drilling and tapping screws having philips head with under hed and cutter at 200mm centre to centre including finishing the joint of face board with specially formulated jointing compound and 48mm wide fibre tape to provide seamless finish including two coats of putty and two coats of distemper emulsion as per manufacturer's instructions (frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately).

S&F GI frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequel flanges of 20 and 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre/ intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having two equel flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from soffit and approximate 900mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fastners with and including ceiling section (n.exc. 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre including 6mm dia GI (upto 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40x3 mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5 mm dia 40 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down PVC/Cast Iron/RCC drain water pipe of any size or pattern including all fitting head, shoe, band, swan neck etc complete all as specified and directed .
