Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floor and paving n. exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) incl rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) n.exc 1.50 sqm each and removing from site including making good disturbed portions of wall with new or old bricks, lintel, cills etc in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc 1.50 sqm but n.exc 4.0 sqm each and removing from site including making good disturbed portions of wall with new or old bricks, lintel, cills etc in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.Laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar incl rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description, thickness on brick, stone, concrete surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, removal of rubbish and cleaning, etc complete as directed and specified.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) incl removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete as directed and specified.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel tubing and connections complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore steel tubing and connections complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old existing water proofing treatment from the top of RCC/Arch slab, incl taking down existing PCC padding or plaster and hacking the top of RCC slab, cleaning with water and disposal of rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

SITE CLEARANCE AND EARTH WORK

Surface excavation n exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. nexc10 sq m on plan and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc. 0.50 Cum, getting out, returning, filling and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc. 25 cm thick watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 m and making good surface as in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m in soil and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

BLDG WORK

M&L for brick work with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 22 -ditto- but except bricks complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base floor / pavings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured chequered cement Concrete tiles 25 cmx 25 cmx 20mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar, 15 mm thick, in cement mortar 1:6, for laying floor finishes/ tiles complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Pressed steel frame for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc., size of frame 125x60mm made out of 1.25mm MS sheets complete all as specfied and directed.

S&F for Pressed steel frame for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc., size of frame 105x60mm made out of 1.25mm MS sheets complete all as specfied and directed.

S&F for FRP door frame three legged of cross section 90x45 mm having single rebate 32x15 mm. The laminated door frame moulded with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyster resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminated shall be covered with fibre glass from all sides MS flat iron 25x3 mm shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame complete all as specfied and directed.

Material & labour for cleaning of concrete or plastered surfaces of roof and applying priming coat using with bituminous primer @ 0.30kg per Sqm followed evenly by a tack coat @ 1.20 kg per Sqm using 85/25 grade industrial hot blown bitumen, over it laid with 3mm thick APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane minimum weight 3.6 Kg per Sqm reinforced with non-woven polyester fabric (weight not less than 160 Gm per Sqm) unrolled & bonded to substrate with side and end laps 75mm & 100mm as per manufacturer’s instruction and applying over it a tack coat using 85/25 grade industrial hot blown bitumen @ 1.20 kg per Sqm and finally finished the top of polymeric water proofing membrane with a coat of bituminous aluminum paint @ 0.20 kg per Sqm as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for cleaning of concrete of plastered surface of roof and applying priming coat using with bituminous primer @ 0.30Kg per Sqm followed evenly by a tack coat @ 1.20 Kg per Sqm using 85/25 grade industrial hot blown bitumen, over it laid with 3mm thick APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane minimum weight 3.6 kg per Sqm reinforced with non-woven polyester fabric (weight not less than 160gm per sqm) unrolled & bonded to substrate with side and end lapse 75mm and 100mm as per manufactures instructions and applying over it of tack coat using 85/25 grade industrial hot blown between @ 1.20Kg per Sqm and finally finish the top by providing PCC tiles of size (200x200mm) and (20-22mm) thick machine made laid on cement sand mortar (1:4) screed 12mm thick. The joint of the tiles shall be grouted and flush pointed with cement sand mortar (1:3) mixed with integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed (including existing water tank on roof disconnected and after cleaning same position re-connecting).

S & F for PVC heavy duty waste pipes of 32 mm bore suitable for wash basin/ sinks complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting grooves in brick wall/concrete, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 ( Chasing shall be cut where height of parapet wall is more than 300mm) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair stainless steel plate rack of size 75 cm x 60 cm made with 0.80 mm thick sheet including taking out existing wooden plate rack complete all as specified and as direcetd.

M & L repair to overhang portion of chajja, facia, dropwall etc. for continuous work by providing PCC(1:2:4) Type B-0 and finished with CM(1:3) after taking down of damaged portion of RCC work by maintaining same level and finished the surface to match with the existing surface by providing same finish complete all as specified and directed. (Height of work to be considered upto 3.5m from FFL of Ground Floor.) (Note : Wherever reinforcement is required to be provided will be paid separately under relevant item and contractor have to inform the department one day in advance after binding of reinforcement for measurement otherwise no payment will be considered on this account).

M & L repair to overhang portion of chajja, facia, dropwall etc. for continuous work by providing PCC(1:2:4) Type B-0 and finished with CM(1:3) after taking down of damaged portion of RCC work by maintaining same level and finished the surface to match with the existing surface by providing same finish complete all as specified and directed. (Height of work to be considered above 3.5m and upto 7m from FFL of Ground Floor.) (Note : Wherever reinforcement is required to be provided will be paid separately under relevant item and contractor have to inform the department one day in advance after binding of reinforcement for measurement otherwise no payment will be considered on this account)

M&L for mild steel framed work as in chajja sun shade at any height incl all necessary welding and fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L river washed and screeened dry fine sand filling in trenches below and above / around under ground cable for cable protection including punniing around cable complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Punned thickness shall be measured.)

M & L for laying sub class 'B' brick laid flat with width equal to length of brick as in protection covers over cables complete all as specified and directed.

M & L supply / laying and fixing 50 mm bore galvanised steel tubes light grade, with all fittings, laid in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Note : Tenderers may note that amount of credit Rs 12,33,885.00 will be deducted from the total amount arrived, at the time of Acceptance of contract.
