Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc.) and boarding any thickness, including cover fillets and removal of unserviceable material/items out side of MoD land/Air Force Unit area without any extra cost complete all as specified and directed. Note : Ceiling work to be done upto the height of 5m from floor level. Contractor shall quote the rate accordingly considering the suitable scaffolding. Rate for the provision of scaffolding deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

S&F Gypsum Board 12mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturers instructions, including POP Moulding of approved design by GE of size 100mm x 100mm all around the ceiling area and downward facias of 60CM all around the perimeter flat design or any ornamental design/drawing as approved by GE , including two coats of Oil bound disteamper over a coat of primer over a coat of putty including preparation of ceiling board and moulding all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Ceiling work to be done upto the height of 5m from floor level. Contractor shall quote the rate accordingly considering the suitable scaffolding. Rate for the provision of scaffolding deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

S&F Gl frame work of Size of grid 605 x 605mm for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre.etc complete all as specified.

M&L for 12 mm thick Perforated particle board / tiles for insulation and accoustic purposes, 60x60 cm in size or as directed fixed with screws to timber frame work or with staples on snap grid

M&L for 40mm thick Wood wool building slabs, light weight, type 1, fixed with nails to timber framework

M&L for 2nd class hardwood Plain fillets of exc 13 & n.exc 25 sqcm in square, rectangular or triangular in section, clean sawn, secured with nails or brads. etc. complete

M&L for Preparing surfaces of wood and wood based materials, new of any description and girth, not otherwise described and treated with two coats of Creosote etc complete

Preparation of new surface of wood and wood based surface any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth including knotting and stopping and all preparation work required and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of Pink primer etc complete all as specified.

Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings etc complete.

S&F 2mm thick Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for framed work such as grill, gratings, etc with ends of bars shoulderedand /or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work corn-conforming to Fe.290. Gde -E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled mild steel plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment as in gusset plate conforming ot Fe- 410-W-(Gde-E-250) quality A etc complete.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of steel and iron surface of any description, not otherwise descriped over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified

Taking down all switch plates of (light,fan socket or power point) complete removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or taking to,(credit for old retrieved items shall be made as per condition separately) and making good distrubed surface of walls floors etc all as directed and Specified by Engr-in- Charge

Taking down wall mounted fan single phase 240 V of any sweep/ any make from existing position including disconnecting supply cable from wall rose/connector opening wall fan carefully and taking out worn out /defective spare parts such as bearing bush shaft blades split pin condenser and fasners and washer etc cleaning and washing the bearing bushes throughly and applying necessary lubricant etc and reassembling of wall mounting fan after replaced of worn out parts and refixing same in original position with required fitting & fixture after work is completed, connecting and testing complete all as directed by Engr - in Charge

Taking down indoor AC of any capacity/ make from existing position, including its fitting accessories, keeping safely for reuse of same, including disconnecting/ refitting of inlet pipes supply/out let copper pipes from the wall unit with out damanging the existing system, arresting the flow of refrigent gas from compresser ( Note:- The contractor's quoted rates shall include the making good the damages of copper pipe & leakage of refrigent gas, charging of refrigent gas ,rectification of minor works if required to achieve required level of cooling as in orginal temperature as specified.Any damage to the existing parts shall be made good of the same make etc. by the contractor with out any extra cost ) servicing/cleaning of filiters of indoor includes any unseen job work, connecting and testing complete all as directed & specified by Engr - in Charge

M&L for 3.00 mm thick Linoleum flooring laid with approved rubber adhesive in existing false floor/frame as specified under :- (a) Taking out the existing slabs/tile from its existing position/removal of old linoleum sheet. (b) Cutting of new linoleum sheets to the required size properly, laying and pasting of new linoleum sheet to the slab/tile using suitable approved rubber based adhesive and refitting the slab/tile back to its original position in the existing floor etc including cleaning the tile surfaces. (c) Removal/disposal of unserviceable old linoleum/PVC tiles out side the MoD area/unit area complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down shutter of any description exc 1.00 sqm and n exc 2.00 sqm each and refixing the same opening without damaging the door including cutting the door bottom for adjusting of height if required, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
