Taking down carefully existing bitumen tar felt including plaster, concrete/brick coba /tiling from the roof /parapets till RCC slab and roughening the surface ,wire brushing , cleaning and washing with water etc. , and removing the rubbish to a distance exceeding 500m but n.exc 1Km & depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no. 2 above but on vertical surfaces like parapet except brick coba/tilling etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for roof treatment on RCC roof slab complete as mentioned below, all as specified and as directed:- (i) Cleaning the concrete surfaces of RCC roof slab as obtained after demolition/taking down of existing water proofing treatment thoroughly with wire brushes, washed and dried. (ii) Checking the roof slab by flooding test with water till total elimination of leakage/seepage/ dampness all as specified in SSR Part-I (after ascertaining location of leakage/seepage/ dampness, carrying out treatment vide item No. 11 hereinafter of pressure grouting shall be operated at the required locations). (iii) Brushing surface with neat cement slurry at the rate of 3.00kg of cement per Sqm. (iv) Cleaning the plastered roof surfaces and applying a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.3 kg/sqm on top of dry surface. (v) Laying APP modified polymeric membrane 3mm thick with non woven polyester core laid and bonded to the sub-strata and over-laps shall be sealed/fused by flame "torch', application method all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in CM 1:4 with WPC for laying floor finishes all as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 22mm thick, machine pressed with grey cement no pigment; set jointed and pointed with chemical compound as per manufactures instruction as approved by GE all as specified and directed.

M&L bitumen base aluminium paint at 0.2 ltr/Sqm in two coats over APP modified polymer membrane complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in filleting and benching slightly rounded off etc. Including necessary form work, if any, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate RCC roof slabs to fill undulations to achieve uniform slope complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering over roof slab 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement and finished surfaces fair and even all as specified and directed. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Material and labour for grouting in roof through PVC nipples at a spacing of 45 to 60cm C/C including drilling injection points to a depth of 75-100mm, providing 10mm dia PVC nipples and pressure grouting using with and including cement mixed with plasticizing admixture like FOSROC (model CEBEX100) or PIDILITE (model 207 PIDICRET 8AM) @ 225gms/50kg of cement to fill up all capillaries/ voids/ honeycombing areas inside concrete with pressure of 2 to 4 Kg/Sqcm and continued till refusal. After grouting, nozzles to be sealed with the sealing compound/mortar etc, all as per manufacturers instructions and as directed. Note:- After ascertaining the location of leakage/ seepage/dampness under item No.4 here-in-before, this item shall be operated at the required location.

Disconnecting existing PVC water tanks of capacity exc 250 litres & n. exc 500 litres setting aside (or lowering) for repair work and hoisting , reconnecting, refixng in the same position complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing PVC water tanks of capacity exc 500 litres & n. exc 1000 litres setting aside (or lowering) for repair work and hoisting , reconnecting, refining in the same position complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling existing PVC water tanks of capacity exc 500 litres & n.exc 1000 litres all as directed and removed from site. NOTE:-Dismantled water tank shall become the contractors property as per Sch of credit.

Dismantling existing PVC water tanks of capacity exc 250 litres & n.exc 500 litres all as directed and removed from site. NOTE:-Dismantled water tank shall become the contractors property as per Sch of credit.

S&F 500 litres rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified and directed .

S&F 1000 litres rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified and directed .

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections 20mm bore all as specified and as directed.

Refixing the steel tubing 20mm bore obtained from item No 18 above after cleaning in new or old position (wall, ceiling, floor etc.) complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F GI water tubes of bore 20 mm dia tubes medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 20mm dia gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 20mm bore ball brass valve high pressure ,with polythene float and fly nut complete ,screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed all as specified as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 , finished even and smooth without using extra cement using 3% WPC complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces and applying Two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer on surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cutting groove exc 100mm but n exc 200 mm girth in brick or stone walls and making good the surfaces using PCC 1:2:4 type B0 in CM 1:3 after inserting water proof bituminous membrane complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC(SWR) pipes 110mm bore single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls and taking down old one complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC(SWR) bend 110mm bore any radius and taking down old one complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of surfaces thoroughly by cleaning, washing and removing dust, dirt, oil and loose particles and applyingspecial grade ofprimer PR-71 of choksey chemicals 2.0 Kg/Sqm or equivelent of Dr fixit,Pidilite,Asian,Sika complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Application of liquid water proof material only will be carried out thorugh authorised manufactures.

M&L preparation for applying two coats of high performance PU based cold applied elastomeric coating having solid content 80% shore, a hardness Min 60,tensile strength 1.50 to 2.0 N/mm2 TECH O THANE PU white @ 1.50 Kg per Sqm (0.75 Kg /Sqm /per coat) with dry film thickness of 1 to 1.20 mm on previously primed surface of choksey chemical or equivelent of Dr. Fixit,pidilite,Asia,Sika. Note:- Application of liquid water proof material only will be carried out thorugh authorised manufactures. 05 years waranty shall be submitted by manufacturer.

M&L preparation of surfaces thoroughly by cleaning, washing and removing dust, dirt, oil and loose particles and applying liquid water proofing and seepage proof product of Dr. Fixit, Pidicrete,Asian ,Sika ,choksey ltd in two coats as per manufacture instruction mix with cement onwall surafce . Note:- Application of liquid water proof material only will be carried out thorugh authorised manufactures.
