Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) using type B-1 1:2:4 ( 20mm graded aggregate) as in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) using type B-1 1:2:4 ( 20mm graded aggregate) as in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) using type B-1 1:2:4 ( 20mm graded aggregate) as in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over1.5m span all as specified and directed.

Use & waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed.

Use & waste of formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions complete all as specified and directed.

Use & waste of formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F TMT bars 10 mm dia and over as in reinforcement cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire [annealed] not less than 0.9 mm dia or scruing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item 10 above but 6 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia as in stirrups spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4 compelte all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 12 above but except bricks.

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 as in copings including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating incl formwork all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in 1:4 CM complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Framed work such as grills,gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons all as specified and directed.

M&L Granite 12 to 14mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) 12 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts/pillers or struts (Wood, Steel, or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.5 cu.m, getting out, retuning, filling in and ramming earth broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m depth and getting out and deposited where directed complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling and ramming excavated soils in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each layer including watering well ramming etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material up to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel framed work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilled holes,notching for wire etcflats iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc ) including all necessary drilling,bolting or riveting etc, and similar work confirming to Fe-290 GdeE -165 all complete as specified and directed.

Supply only 4 mm dia galvanised iron chain link fencing of size 100x100 mm x4mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, MS round bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape reqd incl cranking bending etc and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia as in chain link fencing fixing, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made ) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagoanl or sqare nut, n.exc 5cm long of diameter of shanks 11 to 15 mm

S&F 2 strand barbed wire galvanised, 2.24mm dia barbed 2.00mm dia barbed at 75mm spacing and straing and fixing to any type of standared rails staining bolts, including,securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, stables or steel pins,etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 2 coats of aluminum painting over coat of red oxide inc chrome primer incl. prepartion of new steel surfaces of any description, nexc 10 cm in width or girth, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of cement based paint over a coat of white wash after preparation of new plastered surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new steel surfaces and two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 150mm external dia half round PVC pipe as in rain gutter including necessary side/top bracket, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 110 mm dia PVC pipe as in downline including necessary clip, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in floor/ Plinth protection/path finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete. Note:- 10mm wide and 75mm deep joints shall be made at 2 mtr interval and at each corner the same shall be filled with using mixiture of bitumen 85/25 and sand in the ratio 1:3.

M&L Cement concrete, type D-2, 1:4:8 using (40mm graded stone aggregate) 100 mm thick as in sub base of floors.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete inter locking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of thickness 60mm, M-35 grade set and jointed with neat grey cement and pigment etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations etc incl watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing chequered cement concrete tile 30cmx30cmx25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment over 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 in floor complete all as specified and directed.
